"First time visiting Madeira Beach but I hope it's not the last.
Wanted to post this review even though we haven't finished our stay yet.
This unit is very clean, well appointed and was perfect for our family.
Richard was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
Really not too much to say against the place.
Comes with beach chairs (although a bit 'used' and beach umbrellas. (also a beach cart for carrying everything back and forth) The balcony is really large and has a nice side view of the Gulf (toward the inlet) and also of John's Pass.
Kitchen has everything we needed (and more) and the beds are very comfortable.
Building was in pretty decent shape (eleveators are a bit slow) and the location is great (right on the Gulf and across from John's Pass) Was told by a 14 year resident that they just had the place painted and the
parking area was just finished with brick pavers. Looks great!
Only issue (if you can call it that) was the toilet in the master bedroom is a bit close to the vanity (so if you are a bit on the larger size - may be a bit uncomfortable)
Would definitely stay here if we ever come down this way on vacation again."

"What a fantastic holiday and all down to the great accommodation in a central location right on Johns Pass. The inland waterway in your back garden provided us with lots of entertainment from the Dolphins playing around the boat dock. The cottage had everything you could wish for inside & out with a lovely pool too with 'Bamboo Beach Bar' right opposite ideal for drinks & foo and with all the restaurants and shops on the pass you were spoilt for choice.Bonnie next door was very helpful and friendly we can't wait to go back.Lots of wildlife in the garden but please don't feed them .Try Texas Roadhouse for a superb meal or Biffs for breakfast ."

"This was the perfect beach house! The owner had absolutely everything available for our convenience. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. I have rented many VRBO homes/ condos and have never had them so well stocked. The patio was perfect with an outdoor shower for washing off the sand before going inside. A propane grill and plenty of seating. No it is not fancy but very cozy and homey. Very short walk to Johns Pass and easy access to trolly/ bus. Will definitely rent again."

"Three of us had a great vacation at Maderia Norte unit 309. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was nice to have a updated bathroom and plenty of thick towels.
The kitchen had enough pots and pans and dishes for eat in meals. Newer large washer and dryer to use was very convenient.
The pool area was nice and cleaned all the time, a little small, but worked ok for those of us there everyday. Maintenance does a good job of keeping the pool area clean.
When we were not in the pool or on the soft sand beach we enjoyed the large balcony on the third floor of our unit. A fantastic view of the Gulf and Johns Pass area. We loved watching the boats, waverunners and parsailing going by each day.
The beach is perfect. Flat area to walk on and flat surface of sand to walk out into the water. The gentle waves makes it easy to enjoy the water. The city even has a tractor that comes around every few days to clean up the beach and sift the sand for you.
The codo unit has plenty of beach chairs and umbrella's to use. Even provided a beach bag so we could take our drinks or snacks to the water.
The location is perfect. Johns Pass across the street made it easy for shopping and a bite to eat at a restaurant if we didnt want to drive. Down the road was a grocery store and they are working on a brand new Publics grocery larger than the previous one.A brand new Super Walmart just opened too. Drug stores near by and the Mall just a short drive away. Plenty of restaurants near to chose from.
The owners are very easy to work with, were available immediately to talk to when we needed something or had a question.
We have been coming to Maderia Beach now for 6 years and found the place we will rent each time."
