  • Wonderful Owner and Condo!

"We had a great time in this condo at Madeira beach. The size was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The building is very secure and has a private beach behind it, but there is a public beach access path next to the house that is beside the building. However, the only day the beach was crowded was the 4th of July day which is to be expected anyway. The other days, we had the beach almost to ourselves with maybe 20-30 other people. The water was a warm 95 degrees and calm for almost ever day we were there. That was wonderful and allowed us to just float as a family in the ocean. The pool is also great for floating and relaxing with bathrooms right inside the pool area. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo to others. We hated to have to come back home and hope we can return in the next year or two for a beachside vacation."

  • Loved it!!

"We spent Spring Break 2015 here and absolutely loved it! The condo was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer readily available. Loved the full kitchen as we like to cook. The balcony's were very nice to sit out on in the evening. John's Pass is within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, the beach... perfectly located to everything! Erma was very helpful in suggesting various excursions, restaurants, activities for the kids, shopping, etc. It was a great place to stay and a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend it!"

  • Wonderful stay on our favorite beach!

"First let me say Teresa is the best to work with! She was very kind, responded quickly to emails and was a blessing to deal with. When we entered the unit we were greeted by the curtains pulled back to expose the sliding glass door which of course lent itself to the gorgeous view of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, if you have never seen that sight, it is breathtaking. Overall this is a great unit. We have rented condos in this area for the last 5 years and overall this was probably our favorite. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom as well as the 2nd bedroom are nice sizes. The master has a sliding glass door that goes out to the balcony which of course overlooks the Gulf. The living area has comfortable furniture and a large flat screen tv. There are also books, games and menus in the condo. The beds were all comfortable, but I would suggest either buying or bringing your own pillows. All 5 of us at some point had stiff necks and I even found my husband one night sleeping in the recliner in the living room because his neck couldn't take the pillows anymore. But then there is the balcony, can I tell you I LOVE the balcony!!! First of all it's wider than most and it's long as well. The balcony has a very comfortable table that seats 6 as well as 2 lounge chairs and a drying rack. We spent a lot of time out there eating meals, watching the dolphins and being enjoying the sunsets. The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub. There is a maintenance guy on sight and he cleaned the pool area every day, it was spotless. In the garage there is an area where people can leave or borrow pool toys, tubes and sand toys. The office ladies are the sweetest most helpful ladies you'll ever meet. As for the negatives, the sliding glass door is small compared to the wall it's on, however, that is a building issue not owner. One night we went out onto the beach and when we got back we found the gate had been padlocked even though there is a code you have to put in to open the gate. We had to walk about 5 buildings down and cut through another property to get back. This should be communicated by the office when you check in, as it was very frustrating. But really those issues are small in comparison to all this unit/building has to offer. The outside space is 2nd to none and the condo was very clean (and I'm very picky). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! I would definately recommend this unit to a friend."

  • Warm weather retreat on a budget!

"This cottage is exactly as described. The price is unbeatable for the location and amenities available such as the full kitchen and heated pool. My husband and I stayed for a week and it was great to be able to cook meals. With being steps from the beach, you couldn't ask for much better at this price! Owner has been very nice to converse with and property manager lives right in complex. Both have been great!"
