"Myself and husband spent 3 weeks in this condo. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would have at home so cooking in is easy. The balcony has a direct view of the Gulf, it is also well furnished and comfortable. We watched the dolphins swimming out in the Gulf every day. The beach is only steps from the building and the complex swimming pool looks out towards the beach. The whole complex is clean and well maintained. John's Pass is directly across the road and there are numerous restaurants in the area. Great holiday and we will hopefully return in the future."

"First time visiting Madeira Beach but I hope it's not the last.
Wanted to post this review even though we haven't finished our stay yet.
This unit is very clean, well appointed and was perfect for our family.
Richard was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
Really not too much to say against the place.
Comes with beach chairs (although a bit 'used' and beach umbrellas. (also a beach cart for carrying everything back and forth) The balcony is really large and has a nice side view of the Gulf (toward the inlet) and also of John's Pass.
Kitchen has everything we needed (and more) and the beds are very comfortable.
Building was in pretty decent shape (eleveators are a bit slow) and the location is great (right on the Gulf and across from John's Pass) Was told by a 14 year resident that they just had the place painted and the
parking area was just finished with brick pavers. Looks great!
Only issue (if you can call it that) was the toilet in the master bedroom is a bit close to the vanity (so if you are a bit on the larger size - may be a bit uncomfortable)
Would definitely stay here if we ever come down this way on vacation again."

"We loved this unit! This was our second experience using VRBO, and it was an excellent one. I always get a little nervous when renting something on-line, but this condo was exactly as advertised. The owners were great to work with, and very prompt in communicating with us throughout the whole process.
The condo is very nicely decorated and has pretty much everything one could possibly need. I can't think of anything that wasn't included that would have made our stay more enjoyable. We travelled with our daughter who is almost two, and felt this unit was very accommodating for young children too! We just temporarily relocated a few potential breakable things to higher shelves for our stay and we were set. Although, the unit is not 100% beach facing, you do have nice views. Our daughter goes to bed early, and we enjoyed many nights on the balcony playing games or just relaxing. The location of the condo building is awesome, loved being able to walk to St. John's pass easily.
The pool is on the smaller ride, but that never seemed to be a problem. We had the opportunity to meet a few owners poolside, and everyone was very kind.
So, in short, we highly recommend. We hope to rebook for ourselves again soon!"
