  • Great Ocean Front Condo in Madeira Beach, FL

"Everything was very neat and clean. The beach was beautiful and the sunsets amazing. Madeira Beach area was very nice, 7-Eleven across the street and Johns Pass was convenient for shopping, dining, happy hour. Awesome grouper dinner at the Seafood Restaurant."

  • Three Weeks in Paradise

"My wife, college son, and me stayed at the John's Pass Cottage for three weeks. It was wonderful. The property was right on the beach. It was equipped with everything a vacationer would need including a washer and dryer. The property is located near all the night life; but is on a very quiet road. The site pictures do not do justice. The cottage has much more room than appears. Pat the property owner is very helpful. She truly wants your vacation to be perfect."

  • Great Condo Location

"Three of us had a great vacation at Maderia Norte unit 309. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was nice to have a updated bathroom and plenty of thick towels. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and dishes for eat in meals. Newer large washer and dryer to use was very convenient. The pool area was nice and cleaned all the time, a little small, but worked ok for those of us there everyday. Maintenance does a good job of keeping the pool area clean. When we were not in the pool or on the soft sand beach we enjoyed the large balcony on the third floor of our unit. A fantastic view of the Gulf and Johns Pass area. We loved watching the boats, waverunners and parsailing going by each day. The beach is perfect. Flat area to walk on and flat surface of sand to walk out into the water. The gentle waves makes it easy to enjoy the water. The city even has a tractor that comes around every few days to clean up the beach and sift the sand for you. The codo unit has plenty of beach chairs and umbrella's to use. Even provided a beach bag so we could take our drinks or snacks to the water. The location is perfect. Johns Pass across the street made it easy for shopping and a bite to eat at a restaurant if we didnt want to drive. Down the road was a grocery store and they are working on a brand new Publics grocery larger than the previous one.A brand new Super Walmart just opened too. Drug stores near by and the Mall just a short drive away. Plenty of restaurants near to chose from. The owners are very easy to work with, were available immediately to talk to when we needed something or had a question. We have been coming to Maderia Beach now for 6 years and found the place we will rent each time."

  • Paradise Found

"We stayed here for six weeks and it was just paradise. Although it's a one bed roomed cottage it is quite big compared to English cottages. Everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable bed in a big bedroom and a fantastic walkin shower. We had our own easy to use washer/Dryer plus an iron & ironing boardif you needed it, but the best of all was just outside the sliding back doors. You are on the beautiful Intracoastal waterway which just makes this property the best! We spent plenty of hours sat on the dock watching the amazing & amusing bird life plus we saw dolphins twice right by our dock, just fantastic. There is a pool but it's unheated so it was too cold for us to use unfortunately in November/December. But we were told that in the summer months it's like bath water. We had a heron knocking on our door each day for food (they loved hotdogs) plus daily visits from Egrets, Ibis, cormorants & Pelicans plus Ospreys nest near by. If you love bird life you will love this amazing place. Next door is the wonderful Bonnie, who will fix any problems if they arise but also became a very good friend of ours by the end of our six weeks. Across the road is the shops of Johns Pass Village along with the fabulous boardwalk with restaurants & bars. Watching dolphins from the boardwalk & all the pelicans is a must. Places we loved to visit for the day were Honeymoon Island (30 minute drive) & Fort de Soto (20 min drive) There's a Publix supermarket & huge Walmart 5 min drive away and the beach is just a across Gulf Blvd a few min walk away. There is no problem parking either unlike staying at some condo's, you have your very own covered area right by the front door. We have booked again for next year we loved it so much!"
