"We stayed at this lovely cottage located directly across the street from the beach and minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and St. John's Pass. We stayed 5 nights in this immaculate and spacious cottage that had everything we needed and then some! The pool was huge and sparkling! The kids loved it! There was plenty of seating and tables with umbrellas by the pool and an awesome covered space with tables and chairs next to the grills where we were able to have dinner with family each night. It was peaceful and tranquil surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. The managers, Imre and Maria, treated us like family! We can't wait to go back in November for a week!"

"Three of us had a great vacation at Maderia Norte unit 309. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was nice to have a updated bathroom and plenty of thick towels.
The kitchen had enough pots and pans and dishes for eat in meals. Newer large washer and dryer to use was very convenient.
The pool area was nice and cleaned all the time, a little small, but worked ok for those of us there everyday. Maintenance does a good job of keeping the pool area clean.
When we were not in the pool or on the soft sand beach we enjoyed the large balcony on the third floor of our unit. A fantastic view of the Gulf and Johns Pass area. We loved watching the boats, waverunners and parsailing going by each day.
The beach is perfect. Flat area to walk on and flat surface of sand to walk out into the water. The gentle waves makes it easy to enjoy the water. The city even has a tractor that comes around every few days to clean up the beach and sift the sand for you.
The codo unit has plenty of beach chairs and umbrella's to use. Even provided a beach bag so we could take our drinks or snacks to the water.
The location is perfect. Johns Pass across the street made it easy for shopping and a bite to eat at a restaurant if we didnt want to drive. Down the road was a grocery store and they are working on a brand new Publics grocery larger than the previous one.A brand new Super Walmart just opened too. Drug stores near by and the Mall just a short drive away. Plenty of restaurants near to chose from.
The owners are very easy to work with, were available immediately to talk to when we needed something or had a question.
We have been coming to Maderia Beach now for 6 years and found the place we will rent each time."

"Our family of 5 stayed here a week and had a fabulous time. The wait for the elevator isn't long and then the beach is, literally, steps away. There are bathrooms downstairs by the pool and several showers to clean off the sand. The beach, pool, and condo are all well-maintained. We loved the screened porch (for our 3 year old)! There are plenty of sand toys and beach towels. There is a roller cooler, which we took to the beach every day. There is 1 boogie board. The beach chairs provided weren't too desirable so we rented the cushions and umbrella from the guy on the beach. That was reasonably priced and worth it. There were plenty of great restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - all family-friendly! We got pizza delivered one day and ate beachside at the tables on the breezeway. We were very happy that we rented a car because the trolley is not reliable. We had one key to the condo that did not work and we were glad we took both sets that night! (We left a note on the one that did not work for us). Overall, we were so happy with our stay & were so sad to leave - Madeira Beach and Villa Madeira are perfect! Thank you, Molly!"

"Terri - we are indebted to you for THE BEST vacation in Madeira ever! Our family loves John's Pass and all it has to offer and as a result, we have stayed in condos that are in close proximity. By far, and even with the exchange rate on the Canadian dollar (ugh!) your condo unit made our trip this summer the best ever! Everything from your lightning fast response times, to the shaded parking spot right by the elevator, to being right across the street from John's Pass - and I haven't even mentioned the condo itself yet! Everything from the layout, to the fully - and I mean FULLY equipped kitchen, to the breathtaking oceanview from each room, to the incredibly comfortable beds, to the beach chairs and toys, to the towels made available to remove sunscreen, to the cleanliness (you could eat off the floor!) - I could go on! To give you an idea of how much thought the owners have given to furnishing this condo - who thinks of having a puzzle board available for their guests!?! Although a huge part of me wants to keep this gem a secret and keep it all to myself, Terri's (owner) efforts simply can't go unmentioned. This is the only unit our family will ever rent when vacationing in Madeira! Hats off to you Terri!!"
