"My husband and I decided to escape from the holiday bustle and we picked the best location and condo! I have stayed in Madiera Beach before - but wanted something a little smaller since it was just the two of us. This studio condo was the perfect match! The condo has all your basic essentials: complete kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bed and FULL VIEW OF THE OCEAN from the 11th floor!! The studio is clean, had a variety of DVDs and CDs and the balcony is like having another room! Walking distance to grocery store, dollar store and three great restaurants: Dockside Dave's(we both had Grouper for the first time and loved it!), Mario's (a favorite, but it was closed this year for the holiday) and The Brown Boxer(which they set us up to watch the Chicago Blackhawk's game!). John's Pass is great for shopping - we walked there on the beach, then the sidewalk back...saw Dolphins playing daily and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking! The bonus...the condo has two beach chairs for use!! Pool and hot tub super clean and perfect temperature. Barbara was quick to respond to our every email and we have already started to look at dates to return. No rental car is necessary if you are active and fit to walk a few blocks daily."

"This location was perfect! Especially if you don't want to have to get in your car and still want plenty of fun things to do. Johns Pass is less than two blocks away and the beach is right across the street. Unit was superclean and had a great layout. We travel to Tampa at least once a month and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Price is better than a hotel and you can have a cuppa coffee on your balcony without ever leaving your condo. Will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Sands. The Condo is well equipped and comfortable it has everything you need. We loved watching the glorious sunsets and dining out at local restaurants. My wife and I walked miles on the beach and saw Dolphins and Manatees. An excellent base for shopping too. We would certainly recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Jewell and Bob for an excellent holiday."

"First time visiting Madeira Beach but I hope it's not the last.
Wanted to post this review even though we haven't finished our stay yet.
This unit is very clean, well appointed and was perfect for our family.
Richard was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
Really not too much to say against the place.
Comes with beach chairs (although a bit 'used' and beach umbrellas. (also a beach cart for carrying everything back and forth) The balcony is really large and has a nice side view of the Gulf (toward the inlet) and also of John's Pass.
Kitchen has everything we needed (and more) and the beds are very comfortable.
Building was in pretty decent shape (eleveators are a bit slow) and the location is great (right on the Gulf and across from John's Pass) Was told by a 14 year resident that they just had the place painted and the
parking area was just finished with brick pavers. Looks great!
Only issue (if you can call it that) was the toilet in the master bedroom is a bit close to the vanity (so if you are a bit on the larger size - may be a bit uncomfortable)
Would definitely stay here if we ever come down this way on vacation again."
