  • memories we will forever remember

"My family and i stayed at Ron's condo September 14th-20th. We had a blast. The condo was very clean and organized. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Our sons, ages 5 & 15 months, had the time of their lives. Awesome beach chairs, toys for digging in the sand and even a bogie board was all provided. My son and husband enjoy the board so much we bought another one. The location is perfect for anyone. Grocery stores, gas stations, shopping and many family friendly activities are all within mintues of the condo. The washer and dry at the condo was a blessing and very convenient. I even wanted to make muffins and no surprise their was a muffin pan in the oven. My family and I will definitely be staying in this condo again next year!! Thanks Ron for providing such a beautiful place for our family to create memories we will forever remember. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!"

  • Perfect condo for families

"Everything about this condo is as described. First, the views... I could go on and on. Views all the way east to John's pass to the north on the beach-simpy stunning. The master bedroom faces the ocean; we slept with the patio door open listening the ocean waves each night. The balcony was spacious and enough seating for our family of four to enjoy Easter dinner overlooking the beach-a really nice treat. All the amenities are available; comfortable beds, plenty of linens, kitchen items, etc. We loved having the front load/stackable washer/dryer in the unit. They even had a sustantial stash of beach toys, chairs, umbrella; we didn't have to buy anything. The weather wasn't perfect for our trip, so we really enjoyed the big screen TV, cable, DVD player and free Wifi. Our boys enjoyed the heated pool as much as the beach. Parking was really convenient; steps away from the elevator. Overall, this condo was perfect for our family and we had a great vacation from the snow in MN. Marsha and Gene were wonderful hosts! We hope to be back!"

  • Wonderful holiday - great view!

"This condo met and surpassed our expectations. The building was very quiet. We were there without a car and it wasn't any problem - Winn Dixie was a 30 minute walk, restaurants 5 minutes and John's Pass 10 minutes - all easy walks. There is a frequent, inexpensive bus service along Gulf Blvd. if you prefer. Our dealings with both the owner and property mgt. was helpful and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this spot and hope to return."

  • Loved this condo

"The GOOD BAD and UGLY The GOOD. Such a great condo. Very spacious large rooms. Kitchen stocked to the hilt. Living room area very comfortable. Having two beds in 2nd bedroom was great. Master bedroom huge. Very comfortable beds. Great storage spaces. 3 super TV's. The BAD. We had to wait to go to dinner every night because we had to see the most amazing sunsets every night right from our balcony. Awesome! The UGLY? Me, because I had to leave....a week was not enough!"
