"We are staying for a month. It's great. The condo is beautifully furnished and containd all that is needed for a month's stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all that is needed; and the baths have everything. Every night we have enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our balcony. "First let me say Teresa is the best to work with! She was very kind, responded quickly to emails and was a blessing to deal with. When we entered the unit we were greeted by the curtains pulled back to expose the sliding glass door which of course lent itself to the gorgeous view of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, if you have never seen that sight, it is breathtaking. Overall this is a great unit. We have rented condos in this area for the last 5 years and overall this was probably our favorite. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom as well as the 2nd bedroom are nice sizes. The master has a sliding glass door that goes out to the balcony which of course overlooks the Gulf. The living area has comfortable furniture and a large flat screen tv. There are also books, games and menus in the condo. The beds were all comfortable, but I would suggest either buying or bringing your own pillows. All 5 of us at some point had stiff necks and I even found my husband one night sleeping in the recliner in the living room because his neck couldn't take the pillows anymore. But then there is the balcony, can I tell you I LOVE the balcony!!! First of all it's wider than most and it's long as well. The balcony has a very comfortable table that seats 6 as well as 2 lounge chairs and a drying rack. We spent a lot of time out there eating meals, watching the dolphins and being enjoying the sunsets. The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub. There is a maintenance guy on sight and he cleaned the pool area every day, it was spotless. In the garage there is an area where people can leave or borrow pool toys, tubes and sand toys. The office ladies are the sweetest most helpful ladies you'll ever meet. As for the negatives, the sliding glass door is small compared to the wall it's on, however, that is a building issue not owner. One night we went out onto the beach and when we got back we found the gate had been padlocked even though there is a code you have to put in to open the gate. We had to walk about 5 buildings down and cut through another property to get back. This should be communicated by the office when you check in, as it was very frustrating. But really those issues are small in comparison to all this unit/building has to offer. The outside space is 2nd to none and the condo was very clean (and I'm very picky). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! I would definately recommend this unit to a friend."Guest: Krista Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 27, 2014View listing
"This unit is very spacious! The beds are comfortable and lots of good pillows. We could have used more towels and wash cloths (had to wash daily) so you might want to take a few with you for a large party. We had 9 in our group and had plenty of room for several more. The deck is awesome with lots of seating and the pool is super clean!! All flat screen TV's except in twin bedroom (no TV). I would stay here again but hope to see new comforters as the ones now are very worn, at least they were clean. Plumlee was great to work with too...very easy check in and out with lots of bonuses like movies and bikes! Thanks again for letting us share this great condo for making precious memories with our family!"Guest: Rhonda & Shane Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 10, 2014View listing
"My wife, college son, and me stayed at the John's Pass Cottage for three weeks. It was wonderful. The property was right on the beach. It was equipped with everything a vacationer would need including a washer and dryer. The property is located near all the night life; but is on a very quiet road. The site pictures do not do justice. The cottage has much more room than appears. Pat the property owner is very helpful. She truly wants your vacation to be perfect."Guest: Relaxed Teachers Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 14, 2014View listing
