"Location Location Location. We were within 30min to Clearwater along gulf blvd. and 20min from Forte De Soto where we witnessed the release of new born turtles. John's Pass was less then 5min drive and Britt's brick oven pizza in Treasure Island is to die for. Mi Casa Mexican restaurant is across the street and had excellent tacos. We had a mini family reunion with about 16 people visiting with 10 staying in the condo there was plenty of room to spread out. Allison met me upon arrival and answered any questions I had, she also made available beach chairs and an umbrella so we could enjoy the beach immediately. We had so much fun, ages 13-80 playing volleyball on the beach swimming in the warm gulf water and sun bathing by the pool we can't wait till next year."

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here, the beach was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the condo was so easy to get in to. Wonderful location if you like low key, Johns Pass was a mile one way and Clear Water was 12 miles the other, this is in the middle so a little quieter which is what we wanted. There is one gal that lives in unit that came down to tell us our kids were being too loud in the pool...which kids, well everyone actually is usually a little louder at a pool, but we knew this was off season for kids so we actually made sure they weren't screaming etc...so not sure on the complaint. Other than that, we met some wonderful people, seen dolphins the first night and last day right out in front of us, and at John's pass. Collected some seashells and made some wonderful family memories! The amenities were perfect, every major appliance one could ask for! We loved the set up in the living room and someday hope to make it back. Thank you!!"
