Wonderful place to stay
"What a great place to stay at! Very laid back and relaxing area. The condo was very well equipped with every comfort of your own home. Stove, washing machine, full fridge, beautiful kitchen with 3 chair eat at bar, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms and very nice shower. Closets were packed with beach items that you needed and the just-across-the-street beach access was wonderful. Beautiful sunrises over the inlet toward the back of the condo and beautiful sunsets over the beach when on the balcony in front. The pool was great and NEVER crowded which we loved especially when having 2 smaller kids, ages 8 & 5. The grounds were very clean and very quiet in the back away from the street. Rich, the property manager was an awesome guy. Always very friendly and easy to talk to and was great with the kids. He had numerous rafts, beach balls, and sand toys for the kids to use. It was really hard to leave, let me tell you!! Sandee was great to work with as well. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We will definitely be back in the future!!"

"First time visiting Madeira Beach but I hope it's not the last.
Wanted to post this review even though we haven't finished our stay yet.
This unit is very clean, well appointed and was perfect for our family.
Richard was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
Really not too much to say against the place.
Comes with beach chairs (although a bit 'used' and beach umbrellas. (also a beach cart for carrying everything back and forth) The balcony is really large and has a nice side view of the Gulf (toward the inlet) and also of John's Pass.
Kitchen has everything we needed (and more) and the beds are very comfortable.
Building was in pretty decent shape (eleveators are a bit slow) and the location is great (right on the Gulf and across from John's Pass) Was told by a 14 year resident that they just had the place painted and the
parking area was just finished with brick pavers. Looks great!
Only issue (if you can call it that) was the toilet in the master bedroom is a bit close to the vanity (so if you are a bit on the larger size - may be a bit uncomfortable)
Would definitely stay here if we ever come down this way on vacation again."

Comfortable house, clean and convenient to beach and restaurants.
"My husband and I rented this house for a little "staycation". It was very clean and comfortable. It had just about everything you would need for a week. I would suggest bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella though. Also, you will need shampoo/conditioner. A new bar of soap was provided. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be able to bring our little dog without being charged a huge deposit or fee. It takes less than a minute to walk to the beach and maybe 5 -7 minutes to John's Pass. The owner of the home was very nice and answered the phone right away when we had a question about something. Our friends came and stayed with us one night and they said they may want to rent it in the future. I will agree with the other reviewer who mentioned the A/C was loud. It is very loud but we got used to it and it did drown out the traffic noise outside so we were glad for it. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our friends and family."
