"Our family of six adults and two children spent a great week in early July at this spacious, bright and clean condo on the third floor of the Las Brisas. We loved the location and proximity to everything, the covered parking for our two cars, the key-less entry to the unit, the beach just outside our door, and the amazing open view of the ocean and all the way down the beach well past John’s Pass from both inside this corner unit and off the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the major appliances were modern and functioned well and it was great to be able to see out while preparing a meal. We also used the two BBQs on the main floor. The dining table easily seated all of us, as did the living room and balcony. The living room furniture was comfy, modern and in good condition, and all the beds were very comfortable too. The air conditioning worked well as did the flat screen TV in the living room, the wi-fi, and the washer and dryer (which we used on a daily basis). The building itself could use some upgrading but was well maintained on a daily basis. The pool always had kids in it but there was room for everyone and, in any case, we spent most of our time on the beach which is the main reason we come to this area of Florida. Dealing with the owners was easy and problem-free. We definitely would choose this condo again."Guest: Beach lovers Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 12, 2014View listing
"Everything about this condo is as described. First, the views... I could go on and on. Views all the way east to John's pass to the north on the beach-simpy stunning. The master bedroom faces the ocean; we slept with the patio door open listening the ocean waves each night. The balcony was spacious and enough seating for our family of four to enjoy Easter dinner overlooking the beach-a really nice treat. All the amenities are available; comfortable beds, plenty of linens, kitchen items, etc. We loved having the front load/stackable washer/dryer in the unit. They even had a sustantial stash of beach toys, chairs, umbrella; we didn't have to buy anything. The weather wasn't perfect for our trip, so we really enjoyed the big screen TV, cable, DVD player and free Wifi. Our boys enjoyed the heated pool as much as the beach. Parking was really convenient; steps away from the elevator. Overall, this condo was perfect for our family and we had a great vacation from the snow in MN. Marsha and Gene were wonderful hosts! We hope to be back!"Guest: Kristin K. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 26, 2014View listing
"I just had to write and let you know what a great time my family had at this fantastic condo on Maderia Beach. The unit was well furnished with new floors in both the bedrooms, and a new refrigerator in the well appointed kitchen. The views from the lanai were just beautiful. Looking forward to our next stay."Guest: Sunshine Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 29, 2014View listing
"I have never rented like this before so I was a little skeptical. But we were very happy with the condo and the location was awesome. (Too bad the weather was not nice when we were there). 8 of us stayed in the condo and we were very comfortable. It was a very nice place to stay and I would rent it again."Guest: Condo great, weather not! Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
