"Lazy Bay is amazing! The location allows you to spend the morning relaxing on the dock, pack up for a very quick walk to the beach (or not pack up and just go home for lunch) come back for a dip in the pool and then walk to one of many nearby places for dinner and drinks! There were multiple excellent places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk. There's also great shopping and dining all within a 5 or 10 minute car ride if you desire. The bay is lovely - great at sunset, and watch the water for dolphins!! The house itself is gorgeous and ideally equipped to entertain - the kitchen opening onto the Florida room is just perfect. Speakers wired inside and out to plug your favorite music into. Everything was very clean and comfortable and Rick and Lisa were excellent to deal with."Guest: Karen M. "We normally stay in clearwater beach, but wanted to get away from the crowds. Condo was exactly as represented in the pictures, and owner was very helpful. The beach was just steps from the elevator and not very crowded. Enjoyed watching the sun come up and set from the balcony & saw dolphins on several occassions. Everything was well maintained, complex was kept up pretty good with the exception of memorial day, but figured there wasn't anyone working that day. Johns pass is a short drive down the road, we rented jet skis there (go before 11 for discounted rates.) We enjoyed a nice meal at Bumba Gumps & Hooters. If you want some good Pizza; take the short drive into clearwater beach and eat at Corner Post Pizza. There is a Publix grocery store a couple of blocks away and a dollar tree. I would recommend for your big shopping to stop by Walmart (there is one located just down the road from where you pickup your key) as Publix is higher priced but good for picking up any extra stuff you might have forgotten. The only thing we did not like about it was having to go out of the way to pick up and return the key. Need to install a lock box or key code on the door for entrance; probably will not rent again unless this is changed."Guest: Kansas Date of Stay: May 2013 Review Submitted: June 5, 2013View listing
"We have stayed at this gorgeous home for the last four winters and can not say enough about it. The home is just beautiful. The open views from everywhere in the house are spectacular! The pool area overlooking the Inter-Coastal is perfect for a very memorable and relaxing vacation. You are just a few steps or a short ride to many restaurants and area attractions. We recommend this property to everyone! Owners & Manager are great!"Guest: Richard H. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 25, 2014View listing
"We rented this condo for my daughter's spring break. The location was awesome. She could walk across the street to John' pass and back to the condo for beach fun. It is more of a family area, which is what we wanted. I have been renting in this area for 30 years and this was the best condo so far. The inside is fabulous, clean, and stocked with fun stuff to do. Some reviews for this complex state the elevator is slow, but it is no slower than any other complex I have stayed at. The owner is professional and quick to respond. I would rent from her again without hesitation."Guest: Tammy L. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 1, 2014View listing
