  • Great Vacation

"Our family just returned from Madeira Beach. The location of this condo was great. Close to restaurants, shopping, and many activities. We loved the bay views from our room. We even saw dolphins in the bay one afternoon. The condo was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Even beach chairs for relaxing by the ocean. The small room was perfect for our grandsons. Thank you for letting us rent your condo. It was a wonderful vacation. Jackie and Rory"

  • Family Special

"Enjoyed Madeira Beach 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo. Works good for a small family group such as 3-5 people. Owners were great to work with. Weren't sure how to bring up TV and they came over when we called to help. We like the Madeira Bay Resort and have stayed there before but not in this unit. Location is really great across from Madeira Beach. Beach is not crowded like some of the beaches we have stayed at. Like having a home like environment rather than just a hotel room for a week. Lots of extras in kitchen and for pool."

  • Wonderful stay on our favorite beach!

"First let me say Teresa is the best to work with! She was very kind, responded quickly to emails and was a blessing to deal with. When we entered the unit we were greeted by the curtains pulled back to expose the sliding glass door which of course lent itself to the gorgeous view of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, if you have never seen that sight, it is breathtaking. Overall this is a great unit. We have rented condos in this area for the last 5 years and overall this was probably our favorite. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom as well as the 2nd bedroom are nice sizes. The master has a sliding glass door that goes out to the balcony which of course overlooks the Gulf. The living area has comfortable furniture and a large flat screen tv. There are also books, games and menus in the condo. The beds were all comfortable, but I would suggest either buying or bringing your own pillows. All 5 of us at some point had stiff necks and I even found my husband one night sleeping in the recliner in the living room because his neck couldn't take the pillows anymore. But then there is the balcony, can I tell you I LOVE the balcony!!! First of all it's wider than most and it's long as well. The balcony has a very comfortable table that seats 6 as well as 2 lounge chairs and a drying rack. We spent a lot of time out there eating meals, watching the dolphins and being enjoying the sunsets. The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub. There is a maintenance guy on sight and he cleaned the pool area every day, it was spotless. In the garage there is an area where people can leave or borrow pool toys, tubes and sand toys. The office ladies are the sweetest most helpful ladies you'll ever meet. As for the negatives, the sliding glass door is small compared to the wall it's on, however, that is a building issue not owner. One night we went out onto the beach and when we got back we found the gate had been padlocked even though there is a code you have to put in to open the gate. We had to walk about 5 buildings down and cut through another property to get back. This should be communicated by the office when you check in, as it was very frustrating. But really those issues are small in comparison to all this unit/building has to offer. The outside space is 2nd to none and the condo was very clean (and I'm very picky). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! I would definately recommend this unit to a friend."
