"My wife and I along with our two sons have traveled to Florida every year for the past 25 years to both vacation and visit family. We discovered this house two years ago ( see previous review submitted Nov. 10, 2013) when visiting family and returned again because this house is simply exceptional. The owners are delight to deal with. The house is so spacious, comfortable and fully stocked. My son and I again enjoyed using the bicycles and this year my son enjoyed going to the driving range a few miles away using the clubs supplied by the owners. The pool is a non overlook pool backing up to a conservation area. This is the first time in 25 years that we have rented the same house twice and as long as we continue to visit family within this area ( assuming they do not drive and meet us somewhere else in FL like last year ) we will continue to rent this house if available. Thank you Linda and Richard once again for your wonderful hospitality."

"My husband and I came here for a getaway and we were so please with the cottage. Very quiet and clean. We could tell this place was very well cared for and not just a rental property. Myrtle takes great measures to supply even the smallest things to make your stay very comfortable. There was even aloe in the bathroom for sunburns. It makes you feel like you are staying in your family's home. There were plenty of paper products and a well stocked kitchen for cooking and eating. There is a washer and dryer right next door. The location was fabulous! There was a coffee maker but every morning we walked across the street to a local coffee and donut shop to get our cup of joe. There's a great pizza shop across the street as well as a place to rent paddle boards. We saw a dolphin our last day. We will definitely be back if we are able to visit Indian Rocks again."

"My family and friends 8 ppl total just stayed at the house for the weekend. There is plenty of room for everyone. The screen porch is amazing. Grill was great. The area is really quite and the neighbors are really nice. Great location."

"We were so close to highway 19 and all the goings on, but this place in Port Richey was a little piece of paradise. It was quiet, and the river view from the kitchen was fabulous. We would watch the river come alive every morning with a cup of coffee. The boats, birds and even dolphins could be seen from our window. The owners were pleasant, and always there to help. The only negatives: because we had a handicapped person in our party, a few more channels on the TV would have been nice. Some of the double pane windows were no longer sealed which made it difficult to see out of them.
But I would recommend this place to any of my friends who want to just get away and relax."
