"On our arrival date, we were graciously greeted by Rhonda and right off the bat, we knew we made a perfect choice. We felt quite welcomed and appreciated the time she took to discuss the history of the property. The hospitality shown to us by both Rhonda and Gary meant so much. Their knowledge of the area contributed to our visiting many county and state parks, beaches, race track, casino, theaters, shopping malls, etc. Rhonda's passion and knowledge of the family of cranes occupying her property is very contagious! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the new baby crane start his life in Thonotosassa. It was absolutely one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment is immaculate and cozy. It is very comfortable and has everything you will need whether staying 1, 2, 3 months or longer. The queen sized bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and the WIFI service was exceptional. Time to Tampa from this location is about 15 minutes. Highways are all within a few minutes ride (Rt 4, 75, 275) This was our first year as a retired couple enjoying the "snowbird" life and we can say without a doubt that it was a pleasure staying at this location. Should we decide to stay in this part of Florida again in the future, we definitely will let Rhonda and Gary know. Thanks to you both for a fabulous 3 months!!! (be sure to keep us updated on Mr/Mrs. Crane & Family :)"

"First time visiting Madeira Beach but I hope it's not the last.
Wanted to post this review even though we haven't finished our stay yet.
This unit is very clean, well appointed and was perfect for our family.
Richard was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
Really not too much to say against the place.
Comes with beach chairs (although a bit 'used' and beach umbrellas. (also a beach cart for carrying everything back and forth) The balcony is really large and has a nice side view of the Gulf (toward the inlet) and also of John's Pass.
Kitchen has everything we needed (and more) and the beds are very comfortable.
Building was in pretty decent shape (eleveators are a bit slow) and the location is great (right on the Gulf and across from John's Pass) Was told by a 14 year resident that they just had the place painted and the
parking area was just finished with brick pavers. Looks great!
Only issue (if you can call it that) was the toilet in the master bedroom is a bit close to the vanity (so if you are a bit on the larger size - may be a bit uncomfortable)
Would definitely stay here if we ever come down this way on vacation again."

"Can't get any closer to the beach than this. Very clean, spacious and well stocked kitchen with everything you need and more. Bar stools and a table for 6. Nice size bathrooms and bedrooms. Spacious condo will easily sleep 5 with 2 bedrooms(king, queen and twin beds) and sleeper couch in the living room. Beach and pool are very nice and there are small restaurants across the street. Convenient location. The screened in balcony is nice and it opens at one section and has 2 sliding doors to the living area and master bedroom. 3 TV's. Condo offers lots of privacy with bedrooms and would be great for not just families, but 2 couples. John's Pass is a great place to go just down the road a mile or so for shopping and eating. The Candy Kitchen is a good place for ice cream and Fort Desoto is just south of Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Clearwater and Tampa Aquariums are nearby. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and many activities. You truly can hear the ocean from your room when you wake up in the morning. There are lawn chairs and beach umbrellas and more beach toys in a closet. A nice laundry room and cleaning supplies and a sweeper are available. Felt very safe in this area. Check in is very easy down the road about a half mile. What a nice spacious, clean condo. I recommend it for people who prefer a quieter area of the beach too."
