  • our special place-- the penthouse at sunset beach

"My family and I have just returned from another wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful penthouse. We have stayed here every year for the past five years and we love it. It is our home away from home. We love the spacious rooms but most of all we love the hugh porch with the rocking chairs. The greatest place to sit and read a book or just look at the beach and sunset. The elevator sure makes things easy for bringing in your things and is especially helpful if you have someone with walking issues. It is always clean and tidy when you arrive. The pleasant and helpful attitude of the people in the office makes it even better. If you need something they are right on top of it. You don"t need to cook just go out or bring in from the many restaurants close by. But if you do want to make a meal the kitchen has everything you need. Hint don"t miss the cuban sandwiches from the Floridan. We have already book for 2015 and We can"t wait to be there."

  • We loved your Beach front Condo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Thanks so very much for allowing us to use your home for a week in March. You have a beautiful home decorated with a casual elegance. There were 4 of us from the midwest trying to get some much needed wamth of the sun and we were able to achieve that warmth plus fun and relaxation. Being on the top floor, this condo was quiet and felt so safe. The location, the size of rooms, the decor all made your rental one that we would love to return for more vacations in the future. You have been great ro work with and we appreciate everything you did to make this a wonderful trip. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

  • FUN WEEK!

"We just got back from our great beach vacation. We visit Indian Rocks Beach every year and this condo by far has been the best. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids and the condo was spacious enough for all of us, clean, beautifully decorated, and views to die for! Pam is great and very responsive. The air conditioning broke while we were there, but she had someone over and fixed within hours. No big deal as we just walked down the beach and grabbed ice cream. The only thing I would change is having more toys for the kids. We ended buying boogie boards, water guns, squirters, and beach buckets and left them there for the next tenants to enjoy. One negative we did have is our ability to enjoy the lanai. There was so much smoking in the unit below us that we were not able to sit out and enjoy ourselves at all. We will certainly be back if we travel with family again. I would love to rent another condo with Pam if she there was a smaller unit!"

  • A little piece of heaven!

"What a gem! The cottage was the perfect respite. Quiet, peaceful, so wonderfully decorated and appointed. And the bed was AMAZING! I slept like a baby! Pat was a good communicator from my first contact and she and Bob were the perfect hosts. The cottage had everything you might need, including a bottle of wine (and fresh fruit and other goodies) upon arrival. Had a great time exploring Tarpon Springs and the surrounding communities. Would highly recommend!"
