  • A great home-away from home on the beach

"Our family of six adults and two children spent a great week in early July at this spacious, bright and clean condo on the third floor of the Las Brisas. We loved the location and proximity to everything, the covered parking for our two cars, the key-less entry to the unit, the beach just outside our door, and the amazing open view of the ocean and all the way down the beach well past John’s Pass from both inside this corner unit and off the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the major appliances were modern and functioned well and it was great to be able to see out while preparing a meal. We also used the two BBQs on the main floor. The dining table easily seated all of us, as did the living room and balcony. The living room furniture was comfy, modern and in good condition, and all the beds were very comfortable too. The air conditioning worked well as did the flat screen TV in the living room, the wi-fi, and the washer and dryer (which we used on a daily basis). The building itself could use some upgrading but was well maintained on a daily basis. The pool always had kids in it but there was room for everyone and, in any case, we spent most of our time on the beach which is the main reason we come to this area of Florida. Dealing with the owners was easy and problem-free. We definitely would choose this condo again."

  • Nice and well located

"Easy and smooth transaction, they refund the security deposit really fast. Condo got everything you will need. It is REALY well located, 2 minutes' walk to the beach, and to the super market and restaurant. You're near everything, but in a quiet area and you will sleep well. Safe neighborhood, Ste-Pete nice to visit, don't miss John's pass and pass a grill. It's my third time in Florida, and in summer it is really, really, hot and humid. With the AC you won't get cold, but you will sleep well, and it's better like this cuz you wouldn't want to go outside. If we get back to Treasure Island, we will get back to Regine's condo!"

  • Thank you! We had a great time!

"We spent the week here with our sons, ages 22 and 19. Everything about the condo was perfect. The condo itself is very spacious and has everything that you would need. The grounds, pool and beach are clean and very well maintained. We could always get a chair by the pool and our part of the beach was very quiet. The location is situated where you have access to so many things to do. During the week we visited Lawry Zoo, saw a spring training New York Yankees game, toured Raymond James Buccaneer stadium, toured the Yuengling Brewery, and parasailed. Every night we watched the most beautiful sunset right from our deck. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the beach, while our boys ran on the beach every day. If you stay here and are near Treasure Island, make sure to try Britts for pizza. We had a wonderful week at Redington Shores."

  • Great place to stay!

"We stayed at the hotel in August. The area was really nice and quiet, good pool and a variety of restaurants which come to life mostly on the weekends with live music that, if you sit at the balcony of the room, you can listen to it too. The room has everything you need in to stay there from towels to a very complete kitchenette. It has a big smart t.v. with every channel possible and netflix plus other useful apps. The beds have new mattresses that are very comfortable. The staff at the hotel was very polite. I've loved Little Harbor area since I went there for the first time. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay around the area, besides the owner was very nice also. Great experience!"
