  • Had a great time.

"My husband and I wanted needed a place for a family reunion and this was the perfect spot. The rooms all have queen or king beds which is perfect for couples and plenty of bathrooms. The home is pretty outdated but didn't affect our good time. The pool was awesome as it the outdoor patio. We grilled several times and the kids loved fishing off the private dock. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home."

  • Excellent find

"This is a charming getaway located right on the water. The owner has thought of everything to ensure the comforts of home. We arrived at night to find a well lit entrance and a nice bottle of wine on the counter. There were plenty of towels and linens and a full sized washer and dryer so that carrying 2 weeks worth of clothes was not a must. The owner is extremely responsive if questions arise."

  • Fabulous sunsets at the Sunset beach

"My sisters and I spent 3 wonderful days at the beach. The condo was clean and well supplied with linens, towels, kitchen items, etc. We had noodles for floating, beach chairs for sitting, a canopy to keep from burning. The beach was recently re-nourished. There was at least 50 feet between the boardwalk and the water. No crowding! The pool is huge and very well maintained. Sparkling clear and so relaxing. I would definitely recommend this location. Plenty of parking, bar b que grills on the boardwalk to use, tables & benches to est outside round out the amenities. But the sunsets steal the show!"

  • Regatta Trip

"We arrived from three different directions, by car and plane. The house was ready when we arrived, after a long day for each of us. It was clean, and comfortable, and it looked as the photos had promised. The neighborhood was quiet, as we needed our rest after long days of sailing in St. Pete. The owner was very accommodating to our needs for arrival and departure, as we needed to tidy up a bit more a little later in our departure day. Fortunately, the time was available as we left at an odd day of the week, and nobody was right behind us. This helped us leave the place in good order, and still complete our regatta on the last day. I would recommend this to someone coming to the area. Most of our activities were in St. Pete near the Yacht Club, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house. It was great for our needs"
