"My husband and I stayed for the long Labor Day weekend. The place was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were stocked and the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in. The location was right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The beach was quiet, clean and very enjoyable. The on sight pool was clean and refreshing. Several restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place to everyone!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! The living room furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal. Our children LOVED swimming in the very clean pool that looks over the beach. I really loved reading under the shade of the tree on the patio, looking out over the Gulf. All the condo residents are so friendly and helpful. The owner, Randall, was so helpful during our dealings and helped answer all our questions. He is also excellent at responding promptly to emails. There are many restaurants within walking distance and John's Pass is just a short drive down the road. There's also an excellent restaurant in Clearwater, Villa Bellini, that we highly recommend. You can also enjoy Keegan's which is close by and was featured on television. Plenty of grocery stores in the area as well as Ward's Seafood Market in Belleair Bluffs and Mazzaro's Italian Market in St. Pete's. Great area for foodies!! We really enjoyed our breakfast and snacking as well as many other meals on the condo balcony, overlooking the Gulf, and watching the gorgeous sunsets by the pier. The dining room table is large and comfortable and accommodated our family of 4 extremely well with lots of room left over! The beach was lovely, not overcrowded, mostly just used by guests of the condo so, often, we had it all to ourselves! We collected beautiful shells, especially after some of the thunderstorms that came through the area this summer as they wash up on shore. We didn't need to go shelling anywhere else as we found plenty right at home! We saw so, so many manatees that swim gently by and once, we were thrilled to see a mother and baby manatee swim right next to us in the Gulf. We also saw plenty of dolphins. One evening, my husband and I were walking on the beach and counted 8 dolphins that were so close to shore, it was astonishing--only a few waves away from the beach! Plenty of photo ops for those of you that enjoy photography! We also highly recommend the Sea Screamer in Tampa Bay. You can take this speedboat from Pier 60 in Clearwater. It's a one-hour ride and very fast! Prepare to get wet and to see dolphins jumping! Can't wait to return to this condo next year!! 10+"

"My husband and I stayed 10 nights in this studio. The studio is not big, but we knew that from the reviews, what was more important it was neat and very clean and well-kept. Nice location to enjoy the beach life. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the sea eating breakfast. Only complain would be the squeaky bed. One single little movement and it would squeak. The sleeping comfort was good except from the noise from the bed. The AC was not the most silent one but efficient. The whole resident building was a good place to stay at. Recommendable. The owners are easy to work with. Payment was easy, even though we came from Denmark in Europe. We also received our deposit back very fast after we came back home after the stay (within the first week). Access to the studio on the first day, with a code to the key box worked pretty easy and safe. Comment to the area: Wonder full spot, with low buildings and not that many tourists as at the beaches close to Redington Beach. Rich animal life: We saw turtle nests, dolphins, herons, pelicans among others."

"We (Seniors) stayed for the month of April for four consecutive years. Family commitments negate signing up for 2016. This beautiful place is very well kept, maintained (the photos are accurate) and the owners are most accommodating if needed. The beach is as good as they get and the private pier is a delight. It is close to some of the finer Gulf restaurants. We relaxed, enjoyed having some of our children and grandchildren (all adults) join us for sun and fun. We would do it again."
