"We have rented homes and condos through VRBO in the past but Unit A tops all we have rented to date. First of all it doesn't look or feel like a condo it is more like a beach home. Secondly, the location is ideal. It is one block off Gulf Blvd the primary beach road with easy access to restaurants (you've got to eat at the Conch Republic Grill and Sweet Sage; both are dog friendly and Sweet Sage even has a dog menus) and shopping. The view from the balcony provides you with many tranquil hours of relaxation whether it be reading a book or just listening to the surf while drinking a gin and tonic and watching the activities on the beach. Our standard poodle spent endless hours lounging on the balcony watching the activity on the beach. The sunsets are awesome! Unit A is nicely furnished, has nice finishing touches and had all the amenities we needed. Even the bathroom towels and wash rags are the nicest we have ever had at VRBO rental. If we should return to this area this is the rental we will seek!"

"My Family Loved this house, easy to find, restaurants close, BEACH AMAZING, VIEW AMAZING, kids loved the pool and Hot Tub. Beach chairs, pool and beach toys all furnished. Huge wonderful kitchen with everything you would ever want, extra blankets and sheets, pillows for pull out couch, HUGE TV with DVD player. We had my 82 year old father with us and he was able to join the family at the pool, very suited for elderly and all ages. We took the kids to see Winter at Clearwater Aquarium (13 miles away). Would definitely return to this house. (one suggestion-stop at larger Grocery on the way to the house as no big Grocery close) THIS PLACE WAS A WONDERFUL FIND."

"This rental was a good fit for my family. We were traveling with many sub-families with small children. The amenities provided were fantastic. They had cribs, high chairs, porta cribs, strollers and an enclosed deck.
That being said the privacy issue could be a concern for couples. The open floor plan leaves one somewhat exposed. We did manage to close off one bedroom in the basement of house 2. This gave us three PRIVATE bedrooms. The twin bedrooms have doors, but share space with the loft bedrooms and bathrooms in both houses. As we were traveling with both couples, singles and children this worked very well for us.
I cannot say enough about the private location and beach view with the sunset every night. Beautiful. We used the pool every day and the hot tub at night. The heater was almost too hot.
The homes were equipt with everything in the kitchen that you could need. I was really impressed that they had stock items like olive oil, spices, coffee filters, salt and pepper. Most of the rentals I've used in the past are completely cleaned out. The fact that this rental supplied garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap and dish washer tabs was a classy touch. I recommend if you rent this place taking a look at what's provided before you make your shopping list.
The outside amenities included a ton of beach toys, floats, noodles, beach chairs and beach towels. These were top of the line items. Built for lasting durability.
The beds were fantastic with fine linens and very comfortable. My grandson told me it was the best bed he has ever been in. The bath towels and complimentary lotions and shampoos were a nice touch.
Redington shores is a small local community in between Clearwater and Saint Petersburg. There are plenty of things to do around in this area. It was nice to have a quiet place to stay. That said, there were plenty of shop, bars and Resturants with in walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay there. The homes were clean upon arrival and I had direct contact with our rental agent and greeter. They even brought us extra supplies during the week we were there.
Lastly as most real estate agents would say, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This was a 5 star location for my family and a 5 star vacation. Thanks so much Liz and the team that makes this an a+ experience."

"Love this place! The house is very cute and clean. Sue has all of the comforts of home from a crock pot to wine glasses. With so many houses nearby, it's surprisingly private. The house can barely be seen from the beach and it feels like your own little secret. Waking up in the morning and having coffee outside, looking out to the ocean was amazing. It was very quiet and perfect. We stayed for a week with our 3 year old and 1 year old and they had a great time playing in the sand for the first time. Walking distance to a few good restaurants, too! We'll be back!!"
