"We stayed at CBC in July , the place was clean and proper. The view was astonishing. It was well equipped and the service was great from Matt and Gail. The coffee maker shut down on the second day, they quickly responded by accepting to pay the replacement which I purchased. Which leads me to thing that any other inconvenience would have been handled quickly as well. The condo itself was very nice , spacious and clean. The building was well maintained with game rooms , library and meeting room. The pool was nice ,however why the kids can't play with a sponge ball in the pool remains a mystery. The beach is clammy unlike Clearwater's beach which has real sand but we quickly adjusted and had a great time."Guest: S&A Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 18, 2014View listing
"My husband and I rented this condo for a week while we were on vacation and we were not disappointed! The unit was beautiful, the neighbors were quiet and the views from the terrace were stunning! The walk to the beach was right out back. The one thing I will warn you about is the beach. It was wonderful and close, but killer on the feet! The area is undergoing beach reclamation, so they're bringing in crushed shells to build it up and they are SHARP on the feet! I didn't want to wear shoes in the water, but as soon as we got some it was smooth sailing! They also have a really nice pool. It's a secure building, and the staff is all very nice, as was the owner of the unit. Overall it was better than stating at a hotel hands down! This area is also very close to Clearwater, Duneden and lots of other great areas to explore, and there are trolley stops everywhere!"Guest: John L. "My wife and I just returned from this fantastic condo. Cant say enough about our stay. Everything was just as the owner said. Panaramic view of the Ocean. Great pool and jacuzzi. Beach was excellent for long walks. Only stayed for the month of February. Wish we could have stayed longer. One of the things we really liked was we didnt need a car. Trolly and bus to pick you up right in front of the condo. First time flying to Florida for a vaction , and I didnt miss the drive at all from Michigan. Plus if you need to rent a car you can rent one right across the street. Also across the street 3 restaurants grocery store ice cream Dunkin Donuts and plenty of shops. Thanks again Kevin had a wonderful time their."Guest: william h. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 6, 2014View listing
"The surrounding area, building exterior and unit interior exceeded my expectations. The photos do no justice for how nice the unit décor, furnishings and balcony view are. I loved how the owner seemed to think of everything when furnishing the unit - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sunblock/tan lotions, shampoo, hair appliances, all kitchen utensils etc. This is a quiet, low activity area of the beach great for a serene getaway. Short drive across the bridge to the partyish areas. This is a good spot if you want to be close to the party scene but have a quite sleep space. The unit is smartly arranged for a studio. Even with the murphy bed down, there is plenty of space for people to walk around. The bed was comfy. The only reason I am unable to rate as Excellent is because of a few things that have nothing to do with the unit itself but affected moments of the stay. My only disappointments were the lobby/foyer/elevator corridor areas and no notice that no motorcycles or boats are not allowed to be parked on the property at all and no notice of that vehicles have to be registered with security. The lobby/foyer/elevator corridor areas look as if they have not been updated at all since construction decades ago. Those areas have the feel and slight odor of a nursing home. This can be a slight downer after walking in from a beautiful exterior. Good thing is that time in those areas is only a couple minutes, if that. Also, we were not made aware beforehand that motorcycles and boats were not allowed on the property and we had to check-in with security. Coming back from an exciting time to find notices on our motorcycle that it would be towed and that the car was not registered was a bit of a shock. So, keep that in mind. My only suggestion to the owner is to include such rules in the posting or share it at the time a person inquires. Also, the owner may want to consider including the PayPal fees in the communicated rate so it does not come off as an extra during booking. Overall I enjoyed my time and would recommend this unit to others."Guest: Early30s Couple Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 3, 2014View listing
