  • This is a great property that I would recommend!

"This is a great property in a great location. This is my first experience renting and I am so happy it was such a positive one. We were here for one week over Easter Break. I had a lot of questions and called the owner several times before we arrived to clarify information. Questions were always answered politely and promptly. This helped me feel much more comfortable with the rental process. I am a big planner and am very thorough but I usually plan cruises or resort vacations. This was new territory for me and it worked out great! Based on this experience I would not hesitate to rent again. Especially from this owner. The condo is a good size and is good for one large or two smaller families. We had 6 people and had plenty of room. Owners were very easy to work with and very organized. All information was clear and accurate. Gate codes and entry codes all worked perfectly. 2 parking passes were provided and Wi-fi worked fine. It was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. It is great that there are two beds in each of the secondary bedrooms. (2 doubles in one and 2 queens in the other) We had 4 high school boys and they had plenty of room to spread out. Smaller children could easily double up and share beds to sleep more people. Kitchen is well appointed and has plenty of plates , silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. Pots/pans, and cookware is getting a little worn out and could use updating..but we had no problems. It was an easy walk to the beach. Pier 60 was about a 10-15 min walk at the most. Many good restaurants along the beachwalk to try and very convenient. No need to drive anywhere unless you want to. Pool and hot tub area are pretty small..but served the purpose..and the beach is right there anyway. We had a dolphin swimming in the water right below the balcony area..very cool to see that! Cards, board games, books and movies also provided. Main living room TV is great...The older TV's in the bedrooms could be better..they are getting a little dated. But we didn't watch too much anyway. Overall a great stay!! I would rent again and I would recommend to my friends if they are going to be in the area!!"

  • Wonderful hospitality and great location!

"The homeowner makes this place the best! She is incredible. The house is located around the corner from the beach and the pool is wonderful. The layout allows for some to rest while others can play. The helpfulness of the homeowner and her accessibility make this the easiest vacation of all. My granddaughter left her new stuffed animal and not only did the homeowner mail it to her, she put the cutest note ever in there. Plus she sent it to us within the week. We loved staying here. An added bonus is the amount of parking space as well. We only had one car but you have a lot of space for parking. The lake was lovely and the children enjoyed feeding the ducks and the turtles. We live in Belgium so it was wonderful to deal with an incredible person and to have things go so smooth."

  • This place is perfect!

"We had an excellent time and really enjoyed the condo and area around it. The owners take excellent care of the property and nothing was left out. Location is quiet, but close enough to everything in town to be convenient. Right between Kings Bay and the Gulf for easy access to either. We loved it!"

"We were very pleased with our stay in Unit A. It was as close as one could expect of staying in a large home, and not a high-rise condo. building. All of the accommodations were exactly as described on their website and very comfortable. The access to the beach and the view from the balcony was perfect. Should we return to this area of Florida, this would be the place that we would choose."

Seminole Travel Tips

Seminole Vacation Rentals

Compared to most cities across the United States, Seminole, Florida is considered young, having become an official city in only 1970. Its young age doesn't mean that there isn't a plethora of ways to enjoy vacationing in one of the private homes or condos in the area. Seminole vacation rentals give you an array of options for accommodations. Seminole's position along the Florida West Coast means you could catch a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of West Florida waterfront rentals. Don't hesitate to check the availability of Seminole beach homes for rent, as well. These vacation options are cozy alternatives to less comfortable hotel rooms.

Trade a Guest Room for a West Florida Waterfront Rentals

If you could trade a one-room hotel room for an entire house and actually save money, would you consider it? Maybe the question is why wouldn't you? Seminole vacation rental properties include private single-family homes, apartments, town homes and condominiums that can be affordably rented by the night, the week or the month. You may be able to pay the same or less for an entire house than you could for a hotel room. Moreover, imagine the money you can save on meals since rentals come with full kitchens to meet almost any culinary need.

Seminole Makes You Feel Like a Neighbor

The welcoming residents and small-town feel of Seminole make visitors feel more like a resident than a tourist from a distant land. Take a drive or stroll by the infamous Seminole water tower, which was painted by a local resident and caused quite a controversy over the design. With Largo and St. Petersburg as neighbors, you have a short commute to these two larger cities and the activities they offer, or you can kick back in Seminole, enjoy the great outdoors, frolic in the Gulf and rest in your comfortable Seminole vacation rental home.
