  • Clearwater Beach Paradise for family of 5

"We opened up the door to this amazing condo and were simply blown away. It's beautiful and extremely spacious. The owner has thought of everything one would want during your weeklong stay...including beach towels, sand chairs, toys & umbrellas. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic and being able to have a reserved spot in the garage is wonderful, no worries about parking. We walked to everything...the beach, the pier, restaurants, and stores. The marina is very close and we did Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise, which was very fun! I sat on the patio every morning and watched the sunrise while drinking my coffee. Most evenings we watched the sunset from the beach but you can also view it from the patio. My kids enjoyed the pool and the floaties that are provided. We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Clearwater Beach and did NOT want to go home :-) I would recommend this condo to everyone...you'll love it!"

  • Vacationing from Kansas

"We enjoyed the condo, location and beach area. The condo is newly remodeled, great kitchen, bathrooms, washer-dryer and great linens. We cooked breakfast and dinner(fresh fish or shrimp) each evening. The beach is not crowded and we rented chairs and umbrellas each day. The covered parking is nice for loading and unloading. Also, the extra parking pass for 2nd car. We enjoy walking, reading and sitting on the beach. We had so much fun drinking coffee and watching the dolphins on the deck. We're two couples from Kansas. Our plan is to go back in 2015."

  • Great way to end the summer on the beach!

"The condo was great for our family of 4. We had fun down at the beach with the provided sand toys, enjoyed having all the living space available, and enjoyed local restaurants and riding the beach trolley (PTSA) up to Clearwater and down to Treasure Island, stopping at John's Pass, too. Lisa was easy to work with and responded to all of my last-minute questions very promptly. It was a nice, clean place to stay, and since not many places rent for less than a week, we were happy to find this place for the 5 days that we had to spend at the beach before school started."

  • Perfect place to stay!!!

"We had stayed on the other coast of Florida for several years. The former place we had rented every April changed to a full time rental. We decided to try something different, got on VRBO and found this property. We decided to give it a try and couldn't have been any happier. The property is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and has great internet (fast) and includes a washer/dryer and cable television. Everything is comfortable and clean. Al and Carrie are the nicest people you will ever expect to meet. Al showed me how to fish there and was kind enough to take me fishing on 2 occasions. We live in Alaska and the fishing was possibly better in Florida. You can catch lots of fish right off the dock, just get out early in the morning. The birds were great, we saw all of the birds on the website, some several times a day, (Cramer). Al and Carrie told us a lot about what to do in the local area and we found there were a lot of nice antique shops and good places to eat close to the rental. The neighborhood where the rental is located is a quiet residential area close to everything, but far enough from the "tourist traps" to be very relaxing and quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and look forward to going back there again!!"

Seminole Travel Tips

Seminole Vacation Rentals

Compared to most cities across the United States, Seminole, Florida is considered young, having become an official city in only 1970. Its young age doesn't mean that there isn't a plethora of ways to enjoy vacationing in one of the private homes or condos in the area. Seminole vacation rentals give you an array of options for accommodations. Seminole's position along the Florida West Coast means you could catch a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of West Florida waterfront rentals. Don't hesitate to check the availability of Seminole beach homes for rent, as well. These vacation options are cozy alternatives to less comfortable hotel rooms.

Trade a Guest Room for a West Florida Waterfront Rentals

If you could trade a one-room hotel room for an entire house and actually save money, would you consider it? Maybe the question is why wouldn't you? Seminole vacation rental properties include private single-family homes, apartments, town homes and condominiums that can be affordably rented by the night, the week or the month. You may be able to pay the same or less for an entire house than you could for a hotel room. Moreover, imagine the money you can save on meals since rentals come with full kitchens to meet almost any culinary need.

Seminole Makes You Feel Like a Neighbor

The welcoming residents and small-town feel of Seminole make visitors feel more like a resident than a tourist from a distant land. Take a drive or stroll by the infamous Seminole water tower, which was painted by a local resident and caused quite a controversy over the design. With Largo and St. Petersburg as neighbors, you have a short commute to these two larger cities and the activities they offer, or you can kick back in Seminole, enjoy the great outdoors, frolic in the Gulf and rest in your comfortable Seminole vacation rental home.
