"We were very pleased with the rental unit. The house was very clean, well equipped and seemed freshly renovated. The open living /dining and kitchen area were well appointed. The backyard was very cozy and private. On windy cool days it was nice to sit in the sun by the pool with all the greenery providing a protective screen. It was a fairly short drive to the beaches and there were several grocery stores just down the street. We would recommend this vacation home."

"The décor is shabby chic (love it!) but this cottage is anything but shabby!!
Our family surprised our Patriarch with a birthday weekend at this wonderful location and we were all pleasantly surprised.
The location is quiet and the lake view is beautiful. We ate all our meals outside on the upper deck off the master bedroom. Beautiful breezes and gorgeous sunsets were our backdrop.
The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of seating in the living room. Very clean all the way through.
The canoe was well used. Did not use the kayak or paddle boat, but it was nice to have them available.
Inverness is just a hop away, so if you can pull yourself away, there are lots of shops and scenic rides close by.
The lake is large and we saw many airboats, bass boats and jet skis. Only one snag for us. We brought a pontoon (rather large three pontoon) boat. The locals laughed when we pulled up to the public boat ramp. Not only were we too large to launch, the lake was not deep enough for us have done much boating. No worries. We did take a trip to Crystal River and enjoyed the opening season of scalloping.
Delightful. The "Partriarch" said he would love to own this place. And that from an absolute naysayer to second home ownership.
The owners were extremely helpful, especially since we could not talk, but arranged everything by email.
Thank you, thank you for a memorable family experience."

"Thank you so much for your hospitality! At a time when we felt we had no where to go. ( our home flooded) we found you and your beautiful home. It made life a little easier during a very difficult time. Now that we are back in our home we wish you both the best. You are wonderful people and we hope to stay in touch."
