"Cozy, clean, comfortable, 2nd floor, beach front(but can't see beach from room). Pass-a-grill is a quiet relaxing place. If you want a party or lots of children amenities- go on up to Treasure Island. Unit has two real double beds - others there had only Murphy beds. Plenty of towels and beach supplies provided. Needed more toliet paper. Upper shared patio is great for reading a book or people watching. Owner was easy to work with."

  • 2014 Vacation

"4 of us recently stayed at this Gulf Winds condo just 2 weeks ago. It was a very good deal for the cost. The condo was a little dated...but clean , cool and confortable. The pool was clean as well. Just steps away from the beach. And the owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. We had a great time !"

  • Nice stay

"We recently stayed 5 nights with our 2 young kids. Condo location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. Complex and pool area are immaculate. Condo itself was very clean, with all needed amenities available - iron, beach chairs, pails and shovels for kids, etc. Only negatives were a couple of nights we could hear music from the nightclub below (not overwhelming, but could definitely be heard) and the bathroom could use an update. My only suggestion is to bring beach towels as the only towels available are bath towels. Overall a good stay"
