"Just finished a month on Pass a Grille in this great cottage. It has everything you need. The owner has it set up extremely well. Very short walk to the beach and short walk to area restaurants. Lisa was very easy to work with and very helpful during our stay. Most of the people staying nearby in other rentals of Lisa's were repeat visitors. I will be coming back to stay again and again too."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vistas! From the complimentary gift package that greeted us on the table and the great beach towels presented to us for our stay, it all added up to a great beginning of our two week stay. The lady in the office was very helpful, and went beyond what was necessary to give us a hand with the wifi network. All the staff we met were very friendly. The unit was very clean, and other than the two living room sofa chairs, very comfortable. Little things: The kitchen was a little sparse - we purchased a few necessary items at a dollar store. The cleaning tools (broom, dustpan, vacuum) were in poor condition, although the vacuum stopped screeching after the second use. The LR curtains could do with a replacement, as they frequently jammed. A new phone should be installed, as the one in the kitchen was broken. In all, these things were relatively minor, and not uncommon with rentals. We took awesome photos of the sunset right from the balcony, and we loved our beach walk every morning. There are many quality eateries nearby. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and we used them almost daily. Even though the weather was cool, the water was very warm! Overall, we would recommend this unit to anyone who asked, and would happily return."

  • Fabulous Stay in Pass-a-Grille

"This beach house which is set just across the street from the beach was absolutely wonderful! The location could not possibly be beaten anywhere. We swam every day in the usually calm Gulf waters (sometimes it was less peaceful and we enjoyed that, too). Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washer-dryer was great, too. We were six people, and we had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was a little cramped when we were all preparing something at the same time, but we learned to coordinate our timing! Patricia is totally wonderful to deal with, too. We are considering one of her smaller properties for just the two of us for our next trip to the area. Our family had a wonderful time in the Bell Bungalow and would most definitely recommend it for others traveling to the area! Plenty of restaurants close by, but we mainly cooked in the house when we were there so cannot really recommend restaurants."

  • What you see is what you get!!!

"Booking a vacation on line, you always wonder whether the pictures are telling the whole story, but in this case the home was as promised. The house was very clean, fully equipped and furnished with a TV in every room. Keith had left a binder that clearly explained what was included and expected of the renter. The pool and surrounding area was very clean and the vinyl fencing surrounding the property ensured privacy from the neighbours. If you are unable to relax in this home then you won't be able to relax anywhere...we only booked a week but wish we could have stayed longer!"
