  • Awesome Property!!

"We needed a large property for a family wedding and we found it at the Birds of Paradise. The photos on VRBO are 100% authentic. Our group included multiple families ages 22-70 years old. The 3 houses allowed us to gather in the main house but also allowed privacy for those who wanted it. The property is old and historic, so be ready to adjust if something breaks down. :) The property manager and owner are very accomodating. Thank you again for sharing your jewel in the Gulf with us!!!! MM"

  • Great beach trip!

"We were looking for places in Florida to travel to from MI. We decided St Pete Beach after I realized it was rated as the #2 beach in FL by trip advisor. It's also only 25 minutes from the TPA airport. We are from Atlanta so we know Florida very well and thoroughly enjoyed St Pete Beach! The unit and owners were fantastic. The communication was great, Paul and Robin were quick to reply to any questions and issues we had. The unit had everything that we were looking for. The pool/hot tub were nice in the evening, the beach is right in front of you and we enjoyed a surf and turf dinner using the grills provided by the pool area. If you don't feel like cooking (which we didn't most nights) there are many restaurants/bars/grocery stores within walking distance. You really don't need a car here--we rented a car for the week but basically only used it to travel from and to the airport. The comments about the "noise" are a little misleading. You are by a somewhat busy road, but you are also staying on the most popular strip on this beach. If you want a really quiet trip you should expect to stay somewhere that isn't beachfront or within walking distance to so many great attractions. We kept the doors and windows open and were not bothered at all. The trip was everything we expected and more! Hopefully we can work out another return visit soon."

  • The Vistas 502

"Perfect condo with an amazing view. The owner was very attentive and it was obvious the condo was well taken care of. I would have a hard time staying anywhere else. It's all that is advertised and more. Watched Dolphins and sunsets from the deck. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone."

  • The Perfect Getaway!!

"This is our 3rd year here and as always it is a perfect house for our family (10 adults) From the spacious rooms to the little touches this rental is everything you could need. We never feel cramped as there are 2 living rooms, TV's in all of the bedrooms, great pool area overlooking the water. There are bikes, fishing poles and a canoe and lets not forget the pool table that we always enjoy using. Visit the shops and the beach that are a short walk away...really nice. Great restaurants as well. There is also a shuttle that takes you to St Pete but we have never used it. The homeowner is always accessible by phone or email to answer any questions you have. Can't wait to come back!!"
