Love the Keys
"The place was comfortable, nicely decorated, and sits in a community that caters to people who like the water. The boat dock was our hangout because we really liked to watch all of the boats coming in and out before, during and after a day of fishing or doing different water sports. The pool was nice and seemed to be enjoyed by everyone. Luis was great and made sure that our stay was what we had hoped for it to be. We will go back."

"We had a glorious time in the home. The home was lovely, spacious and met all of our needs! The location cannot be better anywhere else in the keys. We had paddleboards and kayaks delivered from 'paddle the keys' right to our front door and there were so many places to explore right from our own dock. We did have to rig up the ladder on the dock to get down to the water but it was quite doable. We even saw a manatee several times while we were exploring! Daisy, our host was calling before we were even there to let us know she was available whenever we needed her and she was at the house when we arrived. The home is located in a great and interesting neighborhood for walking and watching iguanas. We ate meals right on the second floor porch overlooking the water and spent hours fishing off of the dock. We even managed to catch a few parrotfish which we released after a quick picture! The home is full of character and unique features like bidets and a large square sink in the master bath, and at the same time he kitchen appliances were all modern and up to date. This ranks as a best vacation for us and we will cherish it forever! Martha, thank you for sharing your home and Daisy, thank you for making us comfortable and welcomed! Hope to come back in the future!!"

"This is our 4th year staying at this beautiful home. We love the house and the location. The house was very clean upon out arrival. The home owners make improvements every year to make the house better and better. We really enjoy the pool (which is half shaded) and a welcome relief after a day on the water. The kayaks are fun and the kids enjoyed fishing from the dock.
The kids room has a new mattress on one of the beds that seemed very comfortable as well as bunk beds and the master bed is very comfortable. There were toys(barbies and Legos that my girls loved)!
Close by are a couple of restaurants, a dive shop and gift shop all within walking distance. There is a grocery store within a mile away. Our favorite restaurants this year were MEAT Eatery and Tap Room and Lazy Days.
By boat you are very close to the channel and Atlantic side and a short boat ride to the gulf. I couldn't imagine a better location.
Thanks for sharing your home with us. We'll see you next year!"

"We recently returned from a blissful weeklong stay at this Islamorada home. It's a fabulous place for families with young children! My two toddlers loved the manmade beach (which felt totally contained, clean, and safe) and all the beach toys available; the hot tub; having fires in the fire pit at night; and, yes, it must be said, watching their nightly cartoon on the huge flat-screen TV. My husband and I loved the location and the fact that we could spread out and roam around and look at water all day long. And my mom, who came with us, loved having her own room downstairs to retreat to for some peace and quiet. We all loved the coconuts -- tons of coconut water and fresh coconuts the entire trip!
Islamorada is an amazing destination and we can't wait to go back. Even the tourist stuff (feeding the tarpons at Robbie's, etc.) is undeniably fun. We loved our experience at the Dolphin Research Center, swimming behind the Islamorada Library, and kicking back at dusk each night at Morada Bay Cafe, but honestly much of the time we just enjoyed the house and all there was to do. We bought Key West pink shrimp at the local fish market down the road and cooked at home most of the time. We also rented a double kayak at Robbie's and had some really great sunset paddles.
As I mentioned to the owner, the only issues we had were the slow Internet (but that wasn't really a problem) and the fact that basic supplies at the house (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.) are limited. Stop at the Winn-Dixie in Tavernier on your way down and save yourself a shopping trip.
All in all, a fantastic vacation. Thank you!"
