"We rented this condo for 5 days and it was perfect. The kitchen has everything you could possible need and more. Plenty of linens. Condo was spotless when we arrived. The pool was great and my son enjoyed using the gym. The balcony was wonderful and has a great view. The condo complex is very safe. The booking process was secure and simple. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in the keys."

"My fishin buddy and I found this to be the perfect place to stay. Close to great restaurants, grocery and marina. Minutes away from everything we needed. Clean and quiet. We met two neighbors during our stay and both were very friendly toward us "visitors". Trying to put together another trip and this will be our first choice. Hope it's available!"

"My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked in with a view of the Ocean from the Living Room and both Bedrooms. Having the screened balcony with access from both bedrooms and the living room was a huge plus. The unit is larger than a lot of condo's in the area and sits off Overseas Highway on a quiet street. The master actually has two full sized beds and bath with double vanity and nice large shower. We used the other bedroom with one full size bed, and master bath since it was just the two us. The unit was well equipped from wireless internet to a wine opener. There is only one flat screened tv (none in bedrooms) with cable channels. We had our laptop and with our Netflix it was no problem to watch tv in bed (bring HDMI cord if you want play laptop through living room tv). The pool was very nice and I cannot say enough about the location. There is a Supermarket, movie theater, drug store, fast food, restaurants, kayak and boat rental a mile away and several waterfront restaurants just a few miles further. We rented a tandem kayak from Paddles ($35. 00 for the day and less than a mile away) launched from their beach and explored the mangrove tunnel. We drove 10 miles to go on our lobster charter at Bud and Mary's Marina great time and had our lobster prepared by Snapper Restaurant. Our favorite for waterfront dining was Loreleis Cabana Bar And Restaurant. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner the food was good and the sunsets and evening music were great (get there early for a table for sunsets) it is only eight miles away at Marker 82. The Marker 88 Restaurant was also nice for waterfront lunch or dinner and had a nice little beach where adults can get a drink on the beach while your kids could enjoy the water. There is also a $45.00 per person half day deep sea fishing boat very close by. We left early one morning to drive to Key West (2 hours) and did the sea plane charter to Dry Tortuga Park, it was a great experience and the sea plane verses the ferry was a great choice. The easy parking (no boat parking), elevator, trash shoot and convenience of (coin laundry on each floor if needed) just added to the convenience of this small complex. We did not have a boat, but met a family staying in the complex (repeat renters) that made arrangements for their boat at a near by marina. The owner, John was very easy to work and allowed us to arrive and leave mid week since the unit was available. We will stay at his condo again."

"My husband and I came with our 2 granddaughters to Bayside. The townhouse was clean and it was nice to have the kitchen to prepare some of our meals. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer.
There is a ladder off of the pier that enabled my girls to go in swimming. They loved looking at the fish and lobsters in the rocks. There is no sandy beach on the property, but Founders park is not far and the rental includes a resident pass so that renters can utilize the beach there.
We all enjoyed our stay and if we had a boat to bring, there was a place to keep it."
