"We were pleasantly surprised by the unit, even better than the photos. It has everything you could need, the owner was always available to answer questions. The complex is kept very nicely, great pool and hot tub. Boat docks have everything you need. Will stay again for sure!"

"This house was perfect for us (2 adults, 4 kids, 1 small dog and a 36' boat). The pictures and descriptions are all accurate; the house is clean, roomy and very well taken care of. The owners are a pleasure to work with, making the process as seamless, as possible. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, pots, pans, tupperware, cleaning supplies, etc. There's a full size washer and dryer in the large guest bathroom and makes for easy and convenient washing throughout the stay. The dock is awesome; large, easy access and there's a cleaning station, as well. The canal is wide enough to turn larger boats. The owners boat is on the dock, but did not obstruct access to our boat; loading and unloading were easy. My husband's favorite thing on the property is a large freezer downstairs for ice, bait and fish. Although, the property is on the bay side, access to the ocean side was easy and a short distance away. The house is about 3 minutes (by car) to Founder's Park and the pool ($3 pp) is a wonderful break from the salt water. It's a short drive to the grocery store, movies and restaurants (and even the hospital). And I can't forget to mention the neighbors...wonderful and friendly people, as well. Overall, the house is perfect! Thanks, Luis and Ana, for sharing your home with us."

Wonderful condo! Clean, comfortable and convenient
"We loved our stay in this condo. Mark was wonderful to work with and his condo and the Summer Seas property exceeded our expectations. We make the trip to the Keys twice a year to go fishing and this condo completely fit the bill for all of our needs. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Mark was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish, from the ease of the rental process, prompt responses to my questions and inquiries, great restaurant recommendations, etc. We've rented many houses/condo's in the Keys via VRBO and this one has moved to the top of the list. I know that this will be our first choice rental when we book our spring fishing trip! Thanks Mark for a wonderful VRBO experience! We went to Dillon's to watch the game and had good food at reasonable prices and friendly service-thank you for the recommendation! We didn't make it to The O.V but did try The Whistle Stop and found it to be "our" kind of place as well with decent food, great drinks (no skimping on the pour here), very reasonable prices and Shane the bartender was extremely personable. If you're looking for the ocean or bay-view finer dining experience, neither of these places fit the bill but if you want to go where the locals go for some decent grub, a good drink and friendly service both Dillon's and The Whistle Stop should be on your list. Thanks again Mark for everything!"
