  • Wonderful Winter Getaway

"We had a wonderful vacation! Pat and Ed are easy to work with and have their home prepared with many extras to make your stay comfortable. The home is very spacious and has been nicely updated. The complex has a nice pool, private sandy beach area, and is next door to a great beach and park. Our family enjoyed snorkeling, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, the restaurants, and of course, great weather! We will return 😊"

  • Wonderful Winter Vacation

"We rented this home for our family to spend Christmas week together in the warm sunshine. The house was very spacious and worked well with the amount of people we had with us, 6 adults and 2 /16 year old boys. The location could not have been better. The house had pretty much everything we needed as far as supplies for cooking & eating, although we did go out to eat a lot as there are many great restaurants in the immediate area. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock daily and the kayaks that were left at the home were used quite a few times. The Ocean was a bit choppy for our 26 foot rent a boat and the water was a bit chilly so we did not get to enjoy much snorkeling or any diving as we had hoped. (we did not bring wet suits) so we found other ways to enjoy the water as we did have easy access to both the Atlantic and the Gulf from the house. The pool was heated so that did get used frequently, the only negative was the pool or deck area never got any sun but this could have been because of the time of year we were there. All in all we enjoyed the house and had a wonderful stay. The owner, Manny was a pleasure to deal with and I would stay there again but next time it will be in the Summer and I would bring my own boat!"

  • A perfct vacation for a big and demanding family

"We, a Swedish family of three generations from 5 to 69 years old, spent the Easter week in this magnificent villa. Though the rent is in the upper range, we found it bigger, nicer and more well equipped than we expeted. We spent most of the time out doors on the terracess, the Tikis , boardwalk, the nice garden and ,of course, the pool area, a place for everyone of us. We also used the kayaks and took a Daily swim in the ocean. The house offers everything you need for a household of your on, cooking with an excellent barbecue, plates, glasses etc. that suit any occasion. It has the most modern Electronic Equipment and is decorated in the most tasteful way. In fact it was worth an overseas trip."

  • Location, Location, Location

"If your looking for Stainless Steel appliances and Granite counter tops then this is not the place for you. BUT, if your looking for somewhere with functional, comfortable furniture (some of it new in 2014) and bedding with an indestructible Mexican tile floor, you've found it. It's located almost all the way back in the complex. 265 feet (81M) from the pool and 450 feet (137M) from the beach. Noise from the highway is almost non existent. The distance too from the beach and pool is enough to quell any noise from them. Both the beach and pool have lounge chairs that are neatly arranged every morning. The beach is groomed daily so there are no clumps of seaweed to navigate. The water depth is very gradual and more than safe for youngsters to play in. To the rear of the unit is a virtual forest of native trees. Birds are almost constantly singing during the day. It is extremely quite at night. The condo itself is equipped with almost anything you might need and it's all better quality.. From Oneida plates to a complete set of pots and pans, even cookie sheets. Sharp knives and both plastic and glass glasses and wire glasses. The plastic is needed if you venture to the pool, where absolutely no glass is allowed. There is a cork screw to open those beverages, plenty of ice and even a blender should your preference be frozen or your into smoothies. Unless your a gourmet cook it's about what you might find at home. There are ever two camp chairs should you want to venture onto the pier for sunset or next door to Founder's Park for one of their wonderful venues . Probably the best part of Executive Bay Club is the people that you share it with. Everyone smiles and greets you as you pass. It is a very pleasant place. Is it perfect? No. A few of the keys on the micro wave don't work and the upstairs fan switches are a little quirky, but hey it's the Keys."
