  • Fantastic!

"Can't recommend this condo enough! Spacious, homey with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels etc. Spotlessly clean in small, quiet complex. Lovley pool and beach area with bonfire where plenty of marshmallows were grilled. Pictures are great but really don't do the place justice. My husband and I + our 2 small children stayed for 3 weeks but we could have stayed forever. thank you so much for letting us rent this very special place, we had the holiday of a lifetime! Best wishes the Olsson-Hau family"

  • Great location for fishing and snorkeling!

"We love this house! For the last several years, we trailer down our 26' center console from Michigan to fish fish fish! This wonderful house is only a few minute ride to the ocean and only 5 miles to the reef for the best fishing in the Keys. If you're not fishing, the house is on a beautiful very wide canal with lots of boats and yachts to enjoy as they travel out each day. You can see the main channel leading out to the ocean as well from the deck while outside BBQing. The house is clean and spacious... and safe for our grandkids to run around. Of course they love the heated pool! The neighborhood is one of the best in the entire Florida Keys and is a great place to ride bicycles. We ride 10 miles + each morning, all on nice safe bike paths throughout Islamorada. Lots of cute boutiques for the gals along the bike paths too... you can easily spend several days just visiting shops along the bike path. (there are rental bike places locally if you cannot bring your own) We've stayed throughout the Keys over the last 20 years, but love Islamorada the most for its fishing... and, on those windy days, there are many many great restaurants & bars on the waterfront to enjoy. Within walking distance of the house are 3 restaurants on the water....and several more just a few miles away. Some areas in the Keys are very remote. We like this rental home location also because there is a major grocery store just a few miles away. The house is great to have your family or friends to visit... lots of bathrooms... a big plus. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you would need to feel like you are at home. The house is well maintained and very attractive and we would certainly recommend it to others. Kid Fun within a couple miles.... Theater of the Sea ... Dolphin shows (like a mini Sea World) and Founders Park - Park with beach good for small children, playground, tennis courts Adult fun within a couple miles.... Wahoo's Bar, Hog Heaven, Holiday Isle, Island Grill, Smugglers Cove, Bass Pro Shop and too many more to list!"

  • Great House, Great Location.

"I would buy this house! Close to shopping & dive shop, well-appointed and nicely furnished. We were there the week before Christmas and the other houses on the canal were empty - lots of privacy, and lots of wildlife! Manatees every day at the dock, egrets, white, blue & night herons, a dolphin, beautiful iguanas, playful squirrels, and even a couple of crocodiles (who didn't stop anyone from swimming in the canal). We rented both the upstairs and the downstairs - perfect for two families. Master bedrooms have their own bathrooms, Jack & Jill bathrooms between the kids' bedrooms. Each floor has its own kitchen. and we were able to seat 11 upstairs so we could all eat together. The back yard faces north - perfect for hot days. There's a huge hibiscus tree that shades half the yard, leaving the sun on the pool area for sunbathing. The hot-tub warms up to 104 and has room for 9. Fifteen minutes up the road is John Pennecamp National Park - with a great mangrove maze and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, and a snorkeling beach where they have sunk a reproduction of an old ship in really shallow water, and some great hikes. Chris is very friendly and great to work with. We only had one slight problem with the property and she had it fixed very quickly. Great place for a family vacation or relaxing get-away - just don't go the week my family wants it!"

  • Excellent Keys Accomodation

"My son and I just stayed in Carla's place for the second year running during our annual scuba diving getaway. We love the comfort and convenience of this condo as our home base while enjoying our time in the Keys. We plan to stay here again next summer. Great place!"
