  • Location

"Great location!!! Around the corner by boat is the marina/bait house. You can go up the river to the gulf or direct access to the Atlantic. Kayaks, pool, hot tub and hammocks are wonderful. My kids caught fish off the dock, saw eels, stingrays and manatees. Upstairs is fantastic. Manny will work with you. Wonderful family vacation!"

  • GREAT house and Super Clean!

"This house is fantastic! When you walk in the door you will be amazed at how clean the house is! Spotless! The beds are very comfortable and the linens and quilts, pillows, etc., all very high quality. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need for cooking. The pantry is huge and it was actually stocked with paper towels, toilet tissue, Kleenex, plastic forks, paper plates, plastic cups, popcorn, and some canned food. We rent frequently and we usually have to go out and buy all of that 'stuff'. There were plenty of spices, although I brought a bunch with me, I really didn’t need to. There are plenty of beach towels, and the bathroom towels are very nice and plush. Washer and dryer work well and there was detergent, softener, etc. The grounds are lovely. The little dock is adorable and perfect for sitting and chilling with a cocktail. The pool is super nice after being on the boat all day. The only (and I stress only) complaint I would have is the pool water was very, very warm. There aren't any trees or shade for the pool so it was a bit too warm for my liking. We brought our boat so docking right there was perfect too. We saw lots of manatee! The grill was broken but we bought a little hibachi to cook on, so no big deal and Ellen was genuinely upset about the gas grill now working. She is very nice to deal with. The AC works well and the house was nice and cool. You are nearby lots of restaurants the Trading Post is quite handy for groceries. Getting to the reefs is easy too! We would stay there again and recommend this to anyone looking to chill out in the keys."

  • All ages FUN

"House was more than I expected. Teens, parents and grandparent had a ball. For fishermen, only a few minutes away from Channel Two tarpon. Grandkids hated to leave and can't wait to get back. Outside living at it's best. Shopping and restaurants are a little drive away, but hey, it's the Keys!"

  • Awesome Property

"My family (wife and two boys ages 7 and 12) spent a week at the Russell Estate. It is wonderfully located. Close to many great restaurants and activities. Everyone loved the property. It has a secured back yard with hammocks, chairs, and swings for the kids. The dock was nice. We saw sharks, lobsters, fish, crabs, etc. from the dock. We saw a manatee in the little bay too. The kids loved snorkeling right off the dock. The home is well equipped. We would stay here again for sure!"
