Love the Keys
"The place was comfortable, nicely decorated, and sits in a community that caters to people who like the water. The boat dock was our hangout because we really liked to watch all of the boats coming in and out before, during and after a day of fishing or doing different water sports. The pool was nice and seemed to be enjoyed by everyone. Luis was great and made sure that our stay was what we had hoped for it to be. We will go back."

First Time to Rent a Home, First Time in Florida Keys, love to come back again!
"Small but beautiful home on gorgeous, well maintained grounds. Nice pool and jacuzzi, very shallow best for kids. Lots of wildlife including lizards, geckos, a couple snakes, white storks, and our favorite Iguanas. 3 bedrooms upstairs with two baths and 1 bedroom downstairs with 1 bath and laundry. We had a great time as we were two families that shared the home together with 4 adults and 3 children. We tried to catch fish off the dock, but it was a very short dock; a high tide only brings 2-3 feet of water, low tide leaves dry land/mud. It wasn't until we figured out the tide schedule and eating schedule of the fish, and putting chum and leftover fish heads/tails in a chum bag in the AM before we caught about 12 fish (7 keepers) and 2 nurse sharks (no real teeth) that we released. Easy access to great restaurants and grocery stores and diving/fishing areas. Picked up great lobster tails behind the farmer market area for cheap along with gulf shrimp. We felt like the only ones there as other homes were out of sight. The things this home needs is: 1) A rice cooker (we bought one and left it there for others, you can thank us now!), 2) a set of bowls for cereal or soups, there were only 3, and 3) most important is the bottom floor has NO ACCESS to internet and there is no phone downstairs. This was a real drag and we think the owner needs to put a much better internet wireless router and perhaps extend it physically to the bottom floor. The pictures look better than it is, but it is still a nice place that is clean and well taken care of. Lastly, beware the cleaning fee states $375 here but we got charged $425 in the contract, and tax gets added on as well. We would come back again."

"This is our 4th year staying at this beautiful home. We love the house and the location. The house was very clean upon out arrival. The home owners make improvements every year to make the house better and better. We really enjoy the pool (which is half shaded) and a welcome relief after a day on the water. The kayaks are fun and the kids enjoyed fishing from the dock.
The kids room has a new mattress on one of the beds that seemed very comfortable as well as bunk beds and the master bed is very comfortable. There were toys(barbies and Legos that my girls loved)!
Close by are a couple of restaurants, a dive shop and gift shop all within walking distance. There is a grocery store within a mile away. Our favorite restaurants this year were MEAT Eatery and Tap Room and Lazy Days.
By boat you are very close to the channel and Atlantic side and a short boat ride to the gulf. I couldn't imagine a better location.
Thanks for sharing your home with us. We'll see you next year!"
