"Our annual Keys vacation has been anchored in "My Paradise" for a number of years and we intend to keep coming back. It's the perfect setting, comfortable house, great deck and a dock across the street on the canal with direct access to the ocean. The owners have chosen to leave their personal treasures in the home. They have spared nothing in amenities. The broad sandy beach is the best in the Keys. It is a home not a house and it is on a private dead end street."

First Time to Rent a Home, First Time in Florida Keys, love to come back again!
"Small but beautiful home on gorgeous, well maintained grounds. Nice pool and jacuzzi, very shallow best for kids. Lots of wildlife including lizards, geckos, a couple snakes, white storks, and our favorite Iguanas. 3 bedrooms upstairs with two baths and 1 bedroom downstairs with 1 bath and laundry. We had a great time as we were two families that shared the home together with 4 adults and 3 children. We tried to catch fish off the dock, but it was a very short dock; a high tide only brings 2-3 feet of water, low tide leaves dry land/mud. It wasn't until we figured out the tide schedule and eating schedule of the fish, and putting chum and leftover fish heads/tails in a chum bag in the AM before we caught about 12 fish (7 keepers) and 2 nurse sharks (no real teeth) that we released. Easy access to great restaurants and grocery stores and diving/fishing areas. Picked up great lobster tails behind the farmer market area for cheap along with gulf shrimp. We felt like the only ones there as other homes were out of sight. The things this home needs is: 1) A rice cooker (we bought one and left it there for others, you can thank us now!), 2) a set of bowls for cereal or soups, there were only 3, and 3) most important is the bottom floor has NO ACCESS to internet and there is no phone downstairs. This was a real drag and we think the owner needs to put a much better internet wireless router and perhaps extend it physically to the bottom floor. The pictures look better than it is, but it is still a nice place that is clean and well taken care of. Lastly, beware the cleaning fee states $375 here but we got charged $425 in the contract, and tax gets added on as well. We would come back again."

"We could not have been more pleased with the property!! it was everything...and more! My daughter and grand-daughter lived by the pool and canal, we rented a boat and access was wonderful to have right there at your back door, it was great having TV's in all the rooms so we could go our separate ways when we wanted to watch our own shows. This place was perfect!! Julio (owner) was always very quick in responding to our emails and phone calls, and very nice on top of that. We will use this property again I'm sure as my son and I are avid fisherman and we tore the fish up!!! thanks again vrbo and we will be sure to tell our friends and family about the property...not that we haven't already!!!!!"
