"We are happy we got to spend ojr winter here. This house is great! The owner is great to wrok with. She is really a nice person and easy to deal with. We are hoping to do it again next winter. "The location of this house was perfect for us. You are in the middle of Islamorada, but once you drive into the driveway, we felt like we were on our own island. Never heard any noise or neighbors, which was just lovely. My husband reserved his backcountry guides from Lorelei and the guide picked him up on the end of the dock each morning -- leaving me with the car for the afternoon. Very nice for me! The sunset is in your back yard & we thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the pool to watch it or sitting in the tiki hut at the end of the dock. A nice large swing in the shade with a view of the water was also used frequently for just looking at the water or reading. The private master balcony was beneficial when our children came to stay with us for a week. We plan to return."Guest: Jennifer L. "We had a wonderful stay at this house. There were 5 adults that came down - primarly to fish. This house was in an ideal location, great access to the ocean, and plenty of dock space. The house was also located centrally to shopping and dining places we enjoy visiting while down in the Keys. The house had everything you needed, was very clean, comfortable and set up perfect for a relaxing Keys vacation!"Guest: Donna Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: February 20, 2014View listing
"The condo was clean and beautifully appointed, the kitchen and master bedroom were great, loved the decks, and roof top, owner was responsive to calls,i would recommend this property to friends/easy access to all activities and many restaurants, the spiral staircase was a little challenging for someone over 65, also to access water, watershoes recommended as no beach just rocks, also we did not attempt kayak because of access to water,"Guest: kathleen a m. Islamorada Area Travel Tips
Islamorada House Rentals are the Ultimate Way to Experience the Florida Keys
For lovers of water activities, the Florida Keys can't be beaten as a vacation spot. The Islamorada area in the lower Keys has some of the best sport fishing in the world, as well as snorkeling, scuba diving, boating and parasailing, all in an environment that averages 75-80 degrees year-round.
The best way to experience the Florida Keys are through Islamorada house rentals. Sure, you could stay in a hotel room, but why do that when you could enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on the front porch of your private beachfront home? And after an exhilarating but tiring day on the water, you can come "home" to grill your catch and relax in peace and comfort. With Islamorada vacation rentals you CAN have it all!
From your Islamorada beach rentals home venture out to explore the plethora of great beaches; the beach at Plantation Yacht Harbor boasts a nice and deep swimming area. There's great snorkeling at Islamorada County Park, where the beach runs along a natural creek. But watch out for the strong currents here, especially if you're traveling with children. For a cozy beach with a boardwalk, go to Anne's Beach on Lower Matecumbe Key. There are plenty more. Just ask any local to point you in the direction of a great beach.
Enjoy a Night on the Town
Many local restaurants will cook your catch; just because you're staying in Islamorada house rentals, it doesn't mean you have to cook. You're on vacation. Use your Islamorada beach rentals property for the convenience it brings to brew a cup of morning coffee or do a load of laundry without searching for a laundromat, then get the best of both worlds by dining out and partaking of the area's rich nightlife.
