  • "STRESS RELIEF"

"I WANT TO THANK TIM AND JACKIE FOR THE BIT OF HEAVEN WE EXPERIENCED IN OUR STAY AT THE COTTAGE, YOU BOTH ARE THE ULTIMATE HOST. THE PROPERTY IS OUTSTANDING, VERY COMFORTABLE, AND CLEAN, AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. WE HAD A BALL WITH TIM THE EVENING "WE WENT LOOKING FOR MY TARPON", TIM IS A VERY IMPRESSIVE CAPTIN, AND I PLAN TO USE HIS GUIDE SERVICE AGAIN NEXT YEAR, NOT SURE I AM READY FOR HIS SPEAR FISHING BUT THE TARPON AND SHARK TRIPS ARE UNBELIVABLE. THIS WAS THE BEST STAY WE HAVE HAD IN THE KEYS AND FEEL LIKE WE HAVE MADE NEW FRIENDS WITH JACKIE AND TIM"

  • GREAT CHOICE

"You cannot go wrong staying here. This condo was very clean, well furnished, with a very confortable home feeling. We stayed eight nights and were not ready to leave when our time was up. Owners have fishing tackle, bikes, and a two person kayak for renters to use. We enjoyed watching the igunas (sp) (big lizards) that were out back. We caught a few fish from the dock. The owners, Steve and Lisa, were very easy to work with. We got down a day early and since the condo was not rented that night, they let us go in a day early. Thanks guys. This is a very quite place for relaxing for a few days."

  • Best place on earth

"Beauty beauty beauty all around. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the location in the keys is hard to beat. Islamorada has the best fishing anywhere. There are coral reefs within only a few miles and its a short ride to Penny camp by boat. The house is perfect in everyway. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with views out the balcony of the Atlantic ocean from the bed itself. There is also a queen bed in one room and a full and twin in another room as well as a trundle bed downstairs. It is very spacious and clean. Kim is a joy to work with and always returns calls if ever needed. I have been going to the Keys every summer my entire life and when we found this particular unit in Anglers reef 6 years ago we would never go anywhere else. A must see and the house is the biggest in the Anglers reef subdivision. Love it Love it love it."

  • Great location for fishing and snorkeling!

"We love this house! For the last several years, we trailer down our 26' center console from Michigan to fish fish fish! This wonderful house is only a few minute ride to the ocean and only 5 miles to the reef for the best fishing in the Keys. If you're not fishing, the house is on a beautiful very wide canal with lots of boats and yachts to enjoy as they travel out each day. You can see the main channel leading out to the ocean as well from the deck while outside BBQing. The house is clean and spacious... and safe for our grandkids to run around. Of course they love the heated pool! The neighborhood is one of the best in the entire Florida Keys and is a great place to ride bicycles. We ride 10 miles + each morning, all on nice safe bike paths throughout Islamorada. Lots of cute boutiques for the gals along the bike paths too... you can easily spend several days just visiting shops along the bike path. (there are rental bike places locally if you cannot bring your own) We've stayed throughout the Keys over the last 20 years, but love Islamorada the most for its fishing... and, on those windy days, there are many many great restaurants & bars on the waterfront to enjoy. Within walking distance of the house are 3 restaurants on the water....and several more just a few miles away. Some areas in the Keys are very remote. We like this rental home location also because there is a major grocery store just a few miles away. The house is great to have your family or friends to visit... lots of bathrooms... a big plus. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you would need to feel like you are at home. The house is well maintained and very attractive and we would certainly recommend it to others. Kid Fun within a couple miles.... Theater of the Sea ... Dolphin shows (like a mini Sea World) and Founders Park - Park with beach good for small children, playground, tennis courts Adult fun within a couple miles.... Wahoo's Bar, Hog Heaven, Holiday Isle, Island Grill, Smugglers Cove, Bass Pro Shop and too many more to list!"

Islamorada Area Travel Tips

Islamorada House Rentals are the Ultimate Way to Experience the Florida Keys

For lovers of water activities, the Florida Keys can't be beaten as a vacation spot. The Islamorada area in the lower Keys has some of the best sport fishing in the world, as well as snorkeling, scuba diving, boating and parasailing, all in an environment that averages 75-80 degrees year-round.

The best way to experience the Florida Keys are through Islamorada house rentals. Sure, you could stay in a hotel room, but why do that when you could enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on the front porch of your private beachfront home? And after an exhilarating but tiring day on the water, you can come "home" to grill your catch and relax in peace and comfort. With Islamorada vacation rentals you CAN have it all!

Incredible Beaches

From your Islamorada beach rentals home venture out to explore the plethora of great beaches; the beach at Plantation Yacht Harbor boasts a nice and deep swimming area. There's great snorkeling at Islamorada County Park, where the beach runs along a natural creek. But watch out for the strong currents here, especially if you're traveling with children. For a cozy beach with a boardwalk, go to Anne's Beach on Lower Matecumbe Key. There are plenty more. Just ask any local to point you in the direction of a great beach.

Enjoy a Night on the Town

Many local restaurants will cook your catch; just because you're staying in Islamorada house rentals, it doesn't mean you have to cook. You're on vacation. Use your Islamorada beach rentals property for the convenience it brings to brew a cup of morning coffee or do a load of laundry without searching for a laundromat, then get the best of both worlds by dining out and partaking of the area's rich nightlife.
