  • Loved it, Loved it!!!!

"I think you already know we had a great time and so did our guests. We met some friends for life. Loved the screened in porch and large outside area. Having the lot across the street is the best for parking. We have already re booked for next year 2015. Owners are great. See ya next year."

  • So content at this home, didn't want to leave...

"We really didn't need to go anywhere else, we were so content at this home. Extraordinarily well designed, with thought for every comfort-we loved this home. The furniture, decor, linens, kitchenware all immerse you in a private beach get away. The home is bright, clean and fresh. Right off the steps of the home's beachfront we fished daily, and cooked our daily catch in the wonderfully equipped kitchen. My 12 year old son caught blue stripped grunt fish, mangrove snapper, catfish, barracuda, and hogfish. For a few days a large white crane kept a close eye on our catch, and even managed to snack on one of our snappers.. We watched in wonder schools of fish jumping out of the water a couple of afternoons. Observed a pair of dolphins playing in the bay. Photographed spectacular sunsets. Took out one of the kayaks from the house. While out in the bay a manatee slid under our kayak and swam along side us for a short while. We snorkeled from the house out into the bay. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 teenagers. We cooked meals together and just enjoyed hanging out in this wonderful home. There are many great restaurants and attractions in the area some of which we did, but everyone enjoyed getting back to this special place on the bay. If you are looking for something to renew your spirit, this is the place. Our deep appreciation to Miriam and Gene."

  • A Terrific Vacation!

"This boat is a perfect get away. We went with our two kids (18 and 20) and it is rare that we can all enjoy a place equally. We were met with Howie who had everything ready to go and gave us a nice overview of the while area. First off: The place is brand new, immaculate and very well equipped. We were all surprised how nice it was. There are three bedrooms that offer lots of privacy and the two bathrooms were a big plus. There is also a nice kitchen and plenty of room to stretch out. However, the highlight is the enormous roof top are, both covered and uncovered. We spent 90% of our time up there and enjoyed people watching as the boats passed by. The location, at the end of the marina was very nice as we saw or heard very few people at the far end of the marina. We had several meals at the restaurant at the Pilot marina and it was excellent - with plenty of options and lots of fresh fish to choose from. Great music as well. We had all of our breakfasts sitting on the roof top of the boat and couldn't ask for a better spot. There is also a ton of things to do in the area. We went on the glass bottom boat ride which was left just a few yards from the house boat. It's a great trip and we saw lots of fish. The boat is a high speed boat and we were at the reef in just minutes. The boat is beautiful and the husband and wife owners were great and pointed out each and its name. We also spent a day at PennyKamp Park. It's 5 miles away and was excellent. We rented paddle boards and kayaks and spent the day on the water. I highly recommend the park, we left a map of the park that shows all of the water trails you can spend the day on. We also went snorkeling and were amazed at the coral reefs and the thousands of fish. It is really an amazing experience. My wife spent our evenings drinking mojitos on the roof thinking of when we could get back here! It really is a great place and a welcome change from the usual hotel/ condo scene. Thanks fro renting! We will be back."

  • The Best Place Period...

"Well where to start... this house was the perfect place to suit our needs. We had a blast. was very easy to use the boat lift. nothing better than waking up at 6am & just walking 50ft to jump in the boat & go fishing. out first trip out we nailed 26 Dolphin in about 3.5 hrs & did not have to throw any back. & every other trip was a success as well. &y the pool watching tv & just relaxing, doesn't get any better. who ever doesn't go fishing also has a nice time hanging out bNothing better than coming in from a boat ride & rinsing off & jumping in the pool. for the house its self it was perfect. nice kitchen upstairs & down. rooms were nicely sized & everyone was comfortable. We will deff be trying to stay again & hopefully its for a month next time. deff our destination of choice. Tim Brannigan."
