"We visited with our two adult daughters and son-in-law. We brought our boat down and having the marina with Jose's slip right in front of the villa was wonderfully convenient. Great view to the ocean right past the marina and the entire complex was well kept and lots of amenities. The unit itself was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Very convenient for our dives at Pennekamp State Park, access to ocean and all the other locations in the Key Largo area. Close to the Publix supermarket as well. Jose could not have been nicer and easier to work with-we really appreciated his helpfulness and pleasant manner! It was the perfect family location with plenty of space and things to do for everyone. Hope we can get back next year!"

"This is my second stay at Kawama and in this unit. Let's start with the owner, who bent over backwards to make our stay luxurious and deliver a vibe that made us feel at home.
Very accessible at all times even with the most trivial of questions. The unit was immaculate and had a great makeover since our last stay. The sheets were clean and fresh and the bathrooms very clean. This time we were a larger group and everyone was happy with the accommodations. There is golf cart which is great for touring the property or for a quick trip to Key Largo Fisheries just outside the property. (Best freshly caught seafood around) The downstairs has a pool table, large TV and sound system - great hangout area with access to the marina. Great BBQ, outdoor dinning table and hammocks in case you just want to chill. The upstairs has three bedrooms and a large kitchen and dinning area fully equipt with great appliances. The upstairs also has a balcony with great chairs and fantastic view of the marina and ocean. If you have a boat the access is excellent, your on the ocean as soon as you leave the marina. I highly recommend - we will definitely be back!!"

"We just came back from a week in the Keys and we stayed at Santiago's unit. The pictures of the unit are accurate. It was clean and just the right size for us (2 adults and 2 children). I loved the fact that there's no carpet in the unit (tile and laminate only). The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc and the pantry was also well stocked with staples . The kitchen cabinets were clean and the appliances all worked. We couldn't figure out how to work the dvd player and the tvs were older CRT types but we don't watch a lot of tv etc anyway so that wasn't a big deal for us. The pool is very clean but it's a bit small and can get crowded in the afternoon but it's a great size for younger children. The children loved the pool. We didn't go into the lagoon, the kids preferred to spend their time in the pool. The unit is close to the lagoon and the pool. It's very easy to get to all the Keys attractions from this location.
This was our first time in the Keys, it's very different from Disney and similar tourist destinations. We all loved it and really enjoyed sport fishing. My 11yr old can't wait to go back and fish."

"Condo was very spacious and perfect for our family of six. My kids (14, 12, 7) shared the guest bedroom and are ready to put bunk beds in their room at home! Its somewhat of an offseason for the keys and we basically had the pool and tennis courts to ourselves. Kayaks were a bonus and it was nice to paddle along the mangrove shore (wish it had been a little less windy)! 2 hour drive to Key West afforded a nice day trip option, even saw a key deer on the way back. Plenty of dinning options within 15 minutes (JJ's, Sundowners, Islamorada Fish Company, Key Lime Pie Company, Dillon's). Rented a boat and was able to go bayside for some fishing where the 14 year old caught a shark, plus some keeper mangrove snapper for dinner (Sundowners cooked it up for us!). Would stay again. Only issue we had was that we had to head back home!"
