  • As advertised

"Very nice home, all the amenities. I organized a fishing/diving trip down to Key Largo and stumbled across this rental home. It was perfect! Large kitchen/living room for socializing, and we loved the outdoor area with grill and firepit. I rented a boat, so having a boat ramp right on the property was nice. Also, for any divers or fisherman, its close to some great reefs. Go north to the Key Largo marine sanctuary, or south for some great fishing and spearfishing. Would definitely book again."

  • Quiet neighborhood, close to everything in Key Largo

"My wife and I stayed here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had more than enough space. We had a couple of family visits with a couple and then our son and his family. Even with 6 people, the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths really accommodated them. The neighborhood was safe, quite, and the neighbors were friendly. We had our bikes and could ride through the extended neighborhood and onto the trails in Key Largo. We like to have some dinners in, so the convenience to the Winn-Dixie was great. Also, the house is a short ride to twenty or more restaurants in Key Largo, while close enough to the Miami (about an hour's drive) to be able to enjoy the city's beaches and amenities, if you want. Highly recommend this property.."

  • Playhouse to relax and have a party at

"This has been our third visit to a piece of paradise. It's a great piece of property thats perfect for our large extended family, from being able to not feel on top of each other when indoors and preparing diner for the gang. To having a unique amount of land for when we have our family reunion weekend, we can play soccer and shuffle board tournents. Our cousins park their boats at the dock and we play in the clear bayside water, my fiamlly is large and love that we have a space that we can all enjoy and get us all together, we will be back again next spring, counting the days."

  • Amazing is an understatement

"My mom and I stayed here and this was by far the best location we've stayed at in the Keys. The photos are completely accurate and are the peaceful view you can plan on. The condo has everything needed and offers the peace and quiet you can't get at most of the other rentals in the Keys. The condo is on Long Key, centrally located within the Keys and an easy drive to lots of excellent excursions - or to just to stay and lounge at the condo. The owner, Jerry, was extremely helpful and provided a lot of great info. The condo looks out over the state park (the entrance is a half mile walk from the end of the street with a bicycle/pedestrian path to and beyond the state park entrance). The owners have kayaks (single and double), a canoe and bicycles and there was always one available (there are three other units in the building - two 1-bedroom units on top and two 2-bedroom units on the bottom, including this one). Plenty of parking room for 4 cars to easily park without parking anyone in the parking area. The view from the condo was just as shown. We saw sharks, stingrays and numerous fish and birds every day. We say full grown nurse sharks a couple times and a full grown green sea turtle one morning. I took a kayak out a couple times (once around the estuary and once out to the bay and even had a sandbar shark swim alongside me for several minutes). Out on the kayak, it was so peaceful and private that I felt as if I was the only person in the world. Long Key isn't developed other than the town that this condo is located in (Layton) and only has one small convenience store and gas station so you may want to go to Tavernier or Marathon for supplies (about 20 minutes drive). I also highly recommend visiting the Turtle Hospital in Marathon. It was very educational and great for both adults and children."
