  • Perfect location for our graduation celebration

"Saying this property is perfect is an understatement! We, all 22 of us, stayed in this house for a celebratory vacation for my daughter graduating high school and college with her AA (at the same time, proud mother moment). There are few houses in the keys that will accommodate that many people. We were blessed to have chosen this house. The view from the top deck is amazing. The layout of the house allowed privacy when needed and plenty of room for us all to gather together for our nightly dinners cooked in the gourmet kitchen and food grilled on the back deck. There was plenty of room for docking our boat and ample storage areas for all the water sports equipment and fishing gear. Having 2 kitchens, one downstairs, was a lifesaver for the lunches on the back deck at the tiki bar or by the pool. The house rental came with 2 kayaks that we all enjoyed in the canals, seeing all types of marine life including dolphins, manatees, tropical fish, and sting rays. The Atlantic Ocean is a stones throw away and in a few miles you are in deep water. The surrounding area has plenty to offer for entertainment, shopping, and dining. We took a day trip to Key West and also went to John Pennekamp Park to snorkel. There you can rent the gear and just walk off shore to see a sunken ship. Nemer was a gracious host and we are already planning next years trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone."

  • Fabulous Sunrises and Beautiful Spacious Accommodations

"The neighbors were downright welcoming! The View from the lanai was amazing and the interior felt like home! How nice it was to spend our precious family vacation in such a delightful place. The condo felt like a house and had room to spare. At one point, every bed was filled and the atmosphere was lively, yet there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. We spent a idyllic time in and out of this condo, which seemed too large to be called just that. A washer and dryer that kept this family in business and three (3) ... yes three (3) bathrooms for all of us to get ready in the evening for jaunts to the Buccaneer Island Beach, Islander restaurant and a few late evenings at the Burgee Bar. Fun was had by all and we truly did not want to leave our home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised that the photos could not do justice to such a large place, elegantly appointed yet functional. There is a seawall that gave boat access directly out into the Atlanta and yet sheltered by a grove of mangroves for any passing storm. This gem is highly recommended as one of the hidden jewels of Ocean Reef Club."

  • Oceanfront with an Awesome View!

"Our family loved the house! Located in a secluded and quiet neighborhood, the house allowed my husband and I to take a light walk in the afternoon on the mini peninsula to relax and enjoy the flora in a countryside-like atmosphere. Clean, bright, and airy, our family often left the doors to the bay open so the fresh sea breeze could flow through the rooms, day and night (Yes! No mosquitoes). We had tropical fruits for breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the bay, soaking in such an awesome view. My husband loved napping on the day bed, while the kids tuned to Netflix over the internet in the living room and bedroom (TVs everywhere). I only had to open my eyes in the mornings and sit up on the master bed to catch a glimpse of the simmering sea surface. Loved it! The brand dock allowed our family to bond from various kinds of activities ranging from simple chit chatting under the warm sun while dangling our legs over the calm water (the fish were swimming in and out, under the dock) to entering the water with the paddle boat and kayak for excursions up and down the bay edge, and into the canals. One thing we wished we had access to was the spa, which had not been installed when our chance to stay came up. Thanks for sharing a piece of paradise!"

  • Absolutely Relaxing

"My family of 4 stayed here for the month of June. It was perfect for our casual lifestyle. We were greeted the very first morning by a mother and baby Manatee at our dock. The kids were thrilled. This home is very close to a large bay. In one minute you can be tubing, enjoying huge sunset horizons, and dolphins. The couch in the living room is comfortable for 4 people and the dog, to kick back and enjoy the air-conditioning. We grilled fish almost every night, and enjoyed reading outdoors while swinging in the hammock. The outdoor shower was perfect, after a full day out on the boat. It was wonderful to shower with the sun shining on you. The bedrooms are big and the beds were very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. This was everything we expected. If you want to enjoy the Keys like the natives, Absolute Paradise is for you."
