  • beautiful and relaxing vacation!

"My family stayed at Casa Bella for a week and we had a wonderful stay. The water was beautiful and calm...the dock is perfect for drinking coffee in the morning...it was so relaxing! We made dinner each night at the house and enjoyed drinks on the porch in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and in a very convenient location. The grocery store is less than a mile away. Armando was very pleasant to work with too! Overall, we had a great vacation and hope to return again!"

  • Great place to stay in Key Largo!

"My group of 5 spent 6 nights here while we were diving with Rainbow Reef. The condo is in great shape and was very comfortable with a lovely view. Although there was some work being done on the building we really didn't notice any significant construction noise. The location is quiet but close to numerous restaurants and places to shop - not close enough that you won't need a car to get around though. It was just a short drive to the marina where the Rainbow Reef dive boats dock so it worked out great for my group. Checking in was a breeze and Beatriz returned our deposit very quickly following our stay. Beats staying in a hotel any day!"

  • Awesome Vacation

"Our family (including kids 8 and 5) really enjoyed our first trip to the Florida Keys. The owners of listing 49747 were a pleasure to do business with. Throughout the reservation process they did exactly what they said they would do, were informative, and operated with a high level of integrity (which was refreshing after a previous bad experience with a different Kawama owner). I would rent from them again and can confidently say others should consider them as well. The condo tower was nice and in a perfect location. Having a separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids was nice. The condo didn't have glitz/glammor (ie Granite Countertops, stainless steep appliances), but it was neat, well maintained, comfortable, and clean. The only negative I have is the walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. Aside from the last night, the noise wasn't a problem. Kawama itself is great. We spent the entire first day checking out the snorkeling pond, ocean beach, and pool. Everything is within a short walking distance of the tower. The beaches waters were shallow, especially during low tide. The kids could walk out a long ways before the water even reached their mid-sections. There's a small set of rocks where we saw some small, but colorful fish snorkeling. The fish in the snorkeling pond love protein. Feeding them was a highlight. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. Our families favorites were: --Snorkeling at Pannekamp State Park --Feed the Tarpin at Robbies --Everglades Alligator Farm --Mrs. Mac's (Awesome Restaurant) --Robert is Here (near Everglades Alligator farm). Best milkshakes ever and an abundance of produce. If you're planning to cook any meals, STOP HERE FOR PRODUCE. --Island Dolphin Care The Keys is an awesome vacation destination, and Kawama Yact Club is a great location with fun things to do for the entire family. The owners of 49747 were a pleasure to do business with, and I would recommend renting from them."

  • Really Nice Rental Located in Key Largo

"This was our first vacation rental and we're ecstatic that our experience with this property sealed-the-deal for bypassing hotels and staying in vacation homes for future trips. We were initially a little hesitant given the lack of reviews, and us not being savvy with VRBO, but everything turned out well. Inside - The layout of the house was great for our family between the living areas and 3 bedrooms. It was really clean upon our arrival and the bath towels were even softer than we have at home! The kitchen had what we needed for glasses, plates/bowls, utensils and pans. We only used the living room TV a couple hours the entire week - which is fantastic for a parent to see! We never used the whirlpool tub or the clothes washer/dryer. Outside - The owner's boat trailer and boat were not onsite so there was plenty of room (see other review). Although our focus was sightseeing in the Florida Keys, it would have been an ideal location if we rented a boat. We swam in the channel and also the private pool. We also enjoyed the Tiki hut inside the screened area next to the pool and spent a lot of time in un-screened chicky hut out by the channel. We also enjoyed just sitting out on the screened wrap-around upper deck. The fish in the channel, the birds, and iguanas all provided a lot of wildlife enjoyment. Overall this a really nice rental in Key Largo. I don't know when we'll get back to this area, but we'll definitely check availability for this home again."
