  • Fabulous week

"This villa is top shelf. Great location, beautifully appointed. The kitchen and master bath are spectacular. Close to all Key Largo restaurants, shopping and attractions. Secure and gated facility. Owner is always available by phone to answer questions. We had an active and yet restful week overlooking the marina. Highly recommend this property !!"

  • Good Deal - Comfortable stay

"We wanted to spend a week in Key Largo to go diving at a economical place. We booked this 2 Bedroom unit expecting another couple to join us, but ended up with just two of us. The unit is very clean and everything functioned as it should, except one burner on the stove. Yes the appliances, cabinets and furniture was dated, but everything worked OK. Kitchen was well stocked with condiments, dishes, cookware and utensils. It was relatively cool the week we were there, so cannot accurately comment on how well the AC worked. The first few days were about 80 outside and we no issues with the inside temperature. We did have some problems with the combo lock entrance, with the deadbolt lock partially engaged preventing our entry until the custodian could come up and let us in. Not a big problem, just a delay. If you have a boat, there is a great little marina for the complex. the pool is nice, but there is no hot tub. (Would have been nice as cool as it was. ) The diving was great - for the first 3 days, but we were blown out after that. We used the same operator that the owners recommended - Silent world. Which is located right be Shipwrecks restaurant which is a nice place and excellent prices. After being blown out from diving, we had two rainy days, saw two movies in Tavernier, visited Dive museum and ate at restaurants. We did spend one windy but dry day at the John Pennekamp park. It is a nice place with a few beaches to relax with some shelter from the wind. The unit is only about 1-1/2 hour drive from MIA too. One warning - if you rent a car and buy a one-time use SunPass for tolls, please make sure you remove it, or at least de-active the transponder on line. We had expected after putting in the dates of our car rental when we registered the SunPass that it would automatically de-activate, but it did not and the jerks who rented the car after us racked up another $20+ in tolls. I did contact ACE car rental and they credited me the money, but just remove the pass before you turn in the car to avoid the hassle. We would stay there again."

  • Perfect Retreat

"This property was perfect for our family Thanksgiving dive vacation! We enjoyed this home and its amenities, especially the screened in balcony! The home is in a lovely area, and convenient to everything we wanted. It is in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a canal. The property's pictures do it justice. It is clean, modern and kept up. The beds were comfortable. The second bedroom didn’t have the bunk as pictured so if siblings didn’t want to sleep in the same bed, it put someone on the air mattress. Carmen, the owner, is very polite, responsive and easy to contact and communicate with. We agree…follow Carmen's suggestions for restaurants. We enjoyed the Pilot House nearby. We loved Morada Bay Beach Cafe' down in Islamorada! We would definitely come back!"

  • Quiet, clean, dry boat lift, 5 min at idle to ocean!

"We stayed for a full week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place was fully stocked and had plenty of room to relax and entertain. If you're into boating, diving or fishing you can't go wrong with the location and the ease of getting underway. I will gladly stay with Jorge and Angelica again when we return to the keys!"
