  • Great Vacation Home

"We had a great stay in Key Largo in this spacious home -- with two living areas and a pool room, there's lots of space for a big group and the pool was enjoyed by all. The most amazing feature is the great open water view across the bay -- it's breathtaking! There's an estuary within an easy kayak ride where pelicans, egrets, commorants and other sea birds come every evening. Also, the canal nearest the house is a winter haven for manatees, and you can take your kayak or boat up there and they love for your to scratch their backs. Dolphins come by the dock most evenings. Nearby are several great restaurants on the water that have happy hours at sunset with live music and great prices on food & drinks. Key Largo is a great place to visit, and the comfort of this home made our vacation heavenly!!"

  • Paradise found in the Keys, Perfect Family Vacation Spot with Teens

"Lovely home, beautiful views, and everything you need right at your fingertips. It felt like paradise the minute we walked through the door! We could not have asked for more in a vacation home. Carolyn has thought of absolutely everything to make you feel right at home. The house was immaculate and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need, including a 1st rate waffle maker and even a popcorn popper for our movie nights. Brand new gas grill was awesome. The two screened porches on either side of the house provided wonderful breezes throughout the living area of the house, and the back screened porch, where we had most of our meals, overlooked the water and was a great place just to relax with a glass of wine and a good book. We enjoyed the stand-up paddle boards every day and took the kayaks out in the evening. We took a day to go down to Key West, which was about a 2 hour ride, very scenic and fun, but I have to say that I could have just spent the whole time at the house as it was that wonderful!. This house was equipped with everything you could imagine in the way of water sports and fishing. Carolyn, thank you so much for providing the makings of a wonderful vacation for our newly blended family!"

  • Perfect location for our graduation celebration

"Saying this property is perfect is an understatement! We, all 22 of us, stayed in this house for a celebratory vacation for my daughter graduating high school and college with her AA (at the same time, proud mother moment). There are few houses in the keys that will accommodate that many people. We were blessed to have chosen this house. The view from the top deck is amazing. The layout of the house allowed privacy when needed and plenty of room for us all to gather together for our nightly dinners cooked in the gourmet kitchen and food grilled on the back deck. There was plenty of room for docking our boat and ample storage areas for all the water sports equipment and fishing gear. Having 2 kitchens, one downstairs, was a lifesaver for the lunches on the back deck at the tiki bar or by the pool. The house rental came with 2 kayaks that we all enjoyed in the canals, seeing all types of marine life including dolphins, manatees, tropical fish, and sting rays. The Atlantic Ocean is a stones throw away and in a few miles you are in deep water. The surrounding area has plenty to offer for entertainment, shopping, and dining. We took a day trip to Key West and also went to John Pennekamp Park to snorkel. There you can rent the gear and just walk off shore to see a sunken ship. Nemer was a gracious host and we are already planning next years trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone."

  • Wonderful Home

"Wonderful property. Everything you could want or need to enjoy your stay in Key Largo! Plenty of space for multi-generational travelers. Kids loved being on the water, kayaking and playing in the yard and swinging in the hammock. It was a treat to wake up every morning and enjoy the view. Very private. Great location to explore the Keys. Close to local grocery store, John Pennencamp Park and many restaurants. We enjoyed the glass bottom boat ride and the snorkeling excursions offered by John Pennencamp. Also recommend heading to Lorelei's restaurant and cabana. We enjoyed the home so much when we wanted to relax and take a day off of sightseeing. Thank you Grisel and Walter. Communication was great. We will definitely rent this house again when we head back to Key Largo."
