  • Very enjoyable stay!

"This is our third year in a row coming to Sunrise Suites, and our first stay at this condo. It was clean, well maintained and in a nice spot near the tennis courts. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful as always. My only suggestions would be to replace some of the cookware. As we are a family of 5 we cook in a lot and the pans were in pretty bad shape (Teflon all scratched up). Also, we have never needed to use the pullout sofa bed during our stays, but this time we did. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable with metal springs, so we shifted around and one of us slept on the couch (not the pull-out bed). All in all a great stay and we would definitely come back!"

  • A Month in Paradise

"I spent the December holidays in this most gracious home. Everything was top-notch - the furnishings, the quiet street, the serenity, the amenities, even the neighbors. The house comes completely stocked - everything you need for a luxury get away. My stay was just about perfect and I especially loved the small cocktail pool. My only minor, minor comment is that the pool controls are hard to figure out - I was not sure if the pool was actually being heated or not! But most of the time the weather was so perfect I don't think it mattered. A great house, great owner, well-maintained. Highly recommended."

  • Good good times

"Really enjoyed this place. My girlfriend and I had a great time. We came down for the Goombay/start of Fantasy Fest, and to visit some friends who are local. Everything (Duval St.) was in a 5 minute walk. Shops, festival, scooter/bike rentals (for when we felt lazy) and the neighborhood was quiet. I read lots of reviews about this place, prior to coming here. Negative comments about the neighborhood. But we were out at all hours of the night, and everything was fine. Some of the neighbors gather together and hang out in their front yards and the street, and socialize with each other. It was great! Very diverse area, and always something to do or see. The place is small. Very Small. BUT, everything you need! And it was very clean. This is ideal for a couple who don't want ridiculous frills. People who want to come and relax, have more comforts than a hotel and just have a great place to unwind and eat, shower, sleep.....this is it!!"

"We LOVED this house! Nicely appointed and clean was the first thing we noticed. The location is perfect...a couple of blocks from Southernmost and plenty of places to eat. We suggest El Siboney for good Cuban food...and quite frankly, we liked Southernmost for breakfast as opposed to Camille's which was recommended by a friend. The Circle K is 2 blocks away if you need to run and get a few things. The pool was perfect for our group. We had 2 couples in the main house, and a friend in the pool house so everyone had their own space. The house is fully stocked - from toilet paper, to paper towels, bath and beach towels, you name it. As for the comment about the roosters...well, there are roosters and hens on every block of Key West! Sleep with ear plugs or ENJOY the charm of seeing these creatures on your walks! We rented bikes and that is a great way to get around. I would stay here again in an instant...and highly recommend it."

Meadows Travel Tips

Meadows Condo Rentals Give You the Best of Key West at Your Doorstep

Located in the Meadows area of Old Town, Key West, Meadows condo rentals put you within biking distance of the entire Old Town area. Most people get around via bicycle and it's a great way to take in some of the island culture. Head over to Duvall Street for some shopping or a pub crawl. Stop and tour Ernest Hemingway's home, where the ancestors of the famed author's 50 cats still roam the grounds, or head of to Cigar Alley and pick up a stogie that was hand-rolled by native Cubans. Regardless of how you choose to spend your days, Meadows beach rentals are a great place to experience the culture of Key West.

Experience Key West Beaches

All Key West vacation rentals are close to area beaches. Meadows beach rentals are no different. Visit Smather's Beach, the largest public beach in Key West, to relax in the sun and "people watch." In addition to sunbathing, Key West beaches offer plenty of activities. Rent a jet ski, snorkel, or learn to scuba dive during your trip. If you don't want to get wet, you can take a glass-bottom boat ride. It's a good way to experience the sea life without actually being in the water.

Shopping in Key West

Meadows condo rentals put you in proximity to do a lot of shopping during your stay. While you'll find plenty of T-shirt shops nearby — they're all over Key West — Duvall Street is filled with shops and boutiques. You'll find swimwear, sandals, sunglasses, and a lot of souvenirs. If you're looking for more upscale shopping, head a mile or so north to Midtown. The residential area is home to numerous retail establishments and strip malls. With so many activities, sun, and fun, you'll have the vacation of a lifetime in Key West.
