"Three adult couples spent the week and Cocout Cabana is exactly what we anticipated and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, just off Duval Street. Everything accessible by foot or bike. House was exactly as shown in photos, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Linens and beds were great. Heated pool was great for lounging between activities. Thank you Dean!"

"This house is just GREAT.
We were 3 young people from France (Paris) , 1 couple and a friend and we absolutely loved our stay at Stefanie's home.
The location is great, in the middle of the town, near Duval St. Near all restaurants, bars etc...
What we preferred was the pool, very large for Key West, we stayed a LOT of time near/in the pool. The atmosphere of this home is great, with lush vegetation all around, we felt very relaxed during our stay.
The home itself is very comfortable, kitchen is huge, and the rooms are spacious.
Communication with Stefanie was great before and during our stay.
I would highly recommend this house and we will be back for sure!"

"This is a great place in a perfect location. Being so close to Duval makes everything great. The studio is the perfect size and having a full kitchen and BBQ area allowed us to eat some meals in. The pool is great for relaxing in during the afternoon. The owner was very accommodating and also helpful with bike rentals, which we think is a must for cruising the island. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"I did a lot of research prior to booking our hotel stay in Key West. I fell in love with this cottage from the start, and was never disappointed once we arrived. The location was great. It was near all of the downtown action yet felt so private and secluded. There were times I could hear some noise from Duval Street (especially when all of the bikers came to town), but it did not keep me from sleeping. The "compound" as it was called houses 4 or 5 cottages behind locked gates. They all share a beautiful pool surrounded by lush tropical plants and walkways. We never saw anyone else in the pool the entire time we were there (5 nights). There is a sweet cat that greeted us each time we returned home, and that was a nice touch. Parking can be an issue in Key West, but we lucked up and were able to get one of the few spots right out front on 2 occasions. After taking a day trip to Bahia Honda State Park we lost our spot and had to pay $25 to park overnight in a lot right behind Ann St. Key West is a walking city so if you get lucky enough to find a spot try to keep it! Just a little hint too--if you get a spot right out front, go inside and use the key to unlock the private gate off of the patio. This leads directly to the street, and you can bring your luggage in right to the bedroom from there. The cottage itself is very quaint and tastefully decorated. It was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The walk in shower is awesome! Being in such a tropical climate I did see a few ants and 2 "palmetto bugs" in the bathroom. I also had a very small lizard that would visit me in the laundry area at times. This didn't bother us or detract from the beauty of the property. There is a private patio area off of the bedroom/living room that has a grill, lounging chairs, and a table with seating for 4. There is a shared washer/dryer in the compound, but this cottage also has a washer/dryer of its own. We loved this because our clothes were always sweaty from the heat and humidity. There is a safe in the laundry area too that we utilized a couple of times. It was nice to know your extra cash and jewelry were locked up when you were away for the day. Dean was very easy to deal with, and was always quick to respond when I had questions. I absolutely loved this place and would return again if I came back to Key West! I hope this review is helpful and you enjoy your stay as much as we did."
