"This studio is exactly as described online, but what it doesn't tell you is the following: -How safe your studio/belongings are. It felt like home. -How receptive Ken is. He answered every text I sent in the matter of minutes. -The great condition of the bikes. That's why I gave 5 stars. These bikes made moving around KW a breeze. -Location. Less than a 5 min walk to Duval and 5 min bike ride to any beach. When you're visiting KW, you're not meant to sit inside your room the entire time. This studio was perfect because it was cozy, comfortable, and it was truly unique. (And the price is extremely reasonable.) Thank you Ken! Next time we come visit, we will certainly stay with you again."

  • Absolutely perfect location, would return and highly recommend

"The location of this little sleepy bungalow is a block from Sloppy Joe's and two blocks from the sunset cruise catamarans. A block in the other direction is Caroline Street, which has an even better bar than the ones on Duval, Pepe's. It is quiet and yet in the middle of everything. There is a smallish pool, yet big for Key West, which helps a lot when you work up a sheen of sweat walking around, which is inevitable. I can't say enough about this little place. The photos do it justice; it is beautiful. It's a bit small, but the secluded patio really make it feel isolated. We chose this place for our honeymoon and are extremely pleased. We definitely plan on returning - to this location specifically. One thing to keep in mind is there is no parking - at all. As you plan your trip, make sure to keep that in mind."

  • A slice of paradise.............fantastic!!

"What can I say.........this place is simply outstanding. The location of the property is amazing - on a quiet, dead-end lane across from the cemetery (which during fantasy fest was real haven of tranquility), but yet only a few short blocks to the Duval Street party scene. There are some good restaurants close by as well as Fausto's grocery store. The house itself was beautiful and we fell in love with it immediately. It is really bright and airy with beautiful decor and artwork. The beds were extremely comfortable and had great quality linens. The kitchen however, was in a class of its' own - if you couldn't find a piece of equipment in Larry's kitchen then it doesn't exist :o). The outside patio is a great little oasis, and the dipping pool is very welcome on a hot day. The bbq was an added bonus. Basically we did not want to leave this house, and it will certainly be our go to place from now on when visiting KW. Just a quick comment on Larry..........he made everything so easy and could not have been more helpful. Communication was always fast, friendly and very helpful, including providing tips on Key West. Thanks for everything Larry, and especially for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back for sure!!"

  • Excellent house and in a great location

"We stayed in September and there were 4 of us. The house is split into 2 but all on the same ground with shared garden/pool area. The outdoor shower was excellent! Private and under palm trees and amazing at night! The pool was small but very deep at one end which was nice. The pool area was nice and we hung out there a lot just on the table, chairs and loungers. Location was perfect! We walked up and down duval street and other restaurant areas. Could walk to the beach but we hired bikes from eaton bikes (1 block away) and it was a nice easy 15 minute bike ride (max) to fort zach beach. Parking was easy for us - right outside the property. The lizards are cool; they are very small and they just dart away so you'll never get near them. We did see one gecko at night for about an hour but that was it. The amenities in the house were excellent; they had beach pass all ready setup and thought of everything you might need; umbrellas, cups etc....even a grill outside. the lights were really nice outside. I would thoroughly recommend this place! I would actually love to back but with a few more people as this would comfortably sleep a lot more than 4 (think up to 8 easily)."
