  • As always, a memorable stay

"I cant rave enough about this place! I am telling you that I would live here if I could. This place has everything we need for a stay in Key West. We love Christine, the manager, she is so cool and helpful. Ted is accessible if necessary and quick to respond. The price is reasonable and the location is PERFECT. Just a block or so off duval and 7th, its close to everything from the cemetery to duval to the docks. WILL be back"

  • Perfect house and perfect location in Key West!

"This house is just GREAT. We were 3 young people from France (Paris) , 1 couple and a friend and we absolutely loved our stay at Stefanie's home. The location is great, in the middle of the town, near Duval St. Near all restaurants, bars etc... What we preferred was the pool, very large for Key West, we stayed a LOT of time near/in the pool. The atmosphere of this home is great, with lush vegetation all around, we felt very relaxed during our stay. The home itself is very comfortable, kitchen is huge, and the rooms are spacious. Communication with Stefanie was great before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this house and we will be back for sure!"

  • Destination Wedding

"We stayed at this lovely cottage for a week. Our niece had a destination wedding in Key West, sunset on the beach, which was fabulous! The cottage was very cozy. My husband and I love the keys and have visited often over the years, however, we have never stayed in Key West. We've always stayed on one of the lower keys. The cottage is close to many things. Sandy's is a wonderful place to grab something to eat. They are open 24hrs! They have the BEST cuban sandwich. The patio was very nice and private. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and slept very well. Parking is an issue, so I would not recommend a rental car. Taxi service is fast and reasonable - especially compared to car rental costs. We hated to leave, but missed our 4 legged babies waiting for us at home. Marilyn's cottage is definitely a spot I would choose again for a vacation in Key West. Marilyn is very nice and easy to deal with. Great place!"

  • The Perfect Home!

"My husband and I took the first two week vacation of our lives and didn't want to spend it anywhere else but the house on Catherine Street in Key West! Our kids and grandkids joined us the second week and everything was perfect. We fired up the grill on the deck to cook the catch the boys brought home. Floated ours days away in the pool and cruised Duval at night for fun and too much ice cream. Sandy's coffee in hand we walked to the end of the pier at Higgs Beach every morning. The weather was boring - 81 and sunny everyday. We come from chicago and after this Winter we REALLY never wanted to leave. Thanks again Ron! You do a fabulous job and the new deck in front and around the pool are beautiful! See you next year - if not sooner!"
