Best Location in Key West
"My husband and I were fortunate this winter to spend ten days at Southernmost Studio. I found our 5 Star Studio on VRBO. I was hoping that the studio would be as nice as described but it was better than either one of us ever anticipated. We were afraid that being a studio it would be rather small. However, it was very spacious. We were within close walking distance of many restaurants on Duvall Street and the surrounding area yet our neighborhood was very quiet. Our patio was directly on the beach and every evening we would sit and have a glass of wine as the sun set. At night we could fall asleep listening to the waves..Bicycles were available that we rode daily around the island. It was so nice we are planning on returning next year."

"We have been vacationing in Key West for 18 years but this is the first time we were lucky enough to be able to rent a home for an entire month and bring our pets with us. Casa Dulce is a great little fully renovated "shotgun" house. Location on a tiny quiet lane right in Old Town close to restaurants and the KW cemetery could not have been better. The front porch right on the lane is a comfortable place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The enclosed back yard has a private free form pool, glass topped table (with a large umbrella and four chairs) and two loungers is a also a great place to hang out. The house is pretty well stocked with everything you may need: beach towels and regular bath towels, fairly nice stocked kitchen/laundry facilities ( although there were no dish towels, paper towels or "starter" laundry detergent- we had some of our own with us and simply used them), comfortable beds and linens. The house is not very large and the bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit tiny but we were absolutely fine with that. We were allowed to have guests stay with us but felt that having more than 2 other people with us a time would be a bit crowded in the house. The furniture is mostly comfortable (although the sofa in the back living area has seen better days). The loft area (which has 2 twin beds) is a bit challenging to access via very steep steps- not for someone with any kind of mobility issues for sure. But would be great for kids or someone who doesn't mind climbing the steps. The property included a full size clothes washer and dryer outside in the back yard. There is no off street parking included with Casa Dulce but we were able to find parking close by on Margaret Street (right by the old Harris School/Mangia Mangia restaurant). Mostly we left our car parked and either walked or bicycled everywhere. If we had any issues, Kevin the property manager was very quick to respond. E.g. The pool started to get quite cloudy and Kevin had the pool service come by very quickly and rectify the problem. But any issues were quite minor. Casa Dulce has a beach house feel to it which makes it pretty much perfect. Thank you Soren and Irene! We have already made our reservations to return for the month of March 2016!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Property was exactly as stated. Clean, every amenity needed, all in working order. Great A/C. Pool was wonderful.Quiet location yet short bike ride away to everything. Could not have asked for a better place! We enjoyed snorkeling, dinner cruise, toured Fort Zachary Taylor, went to the beach, did a bike tour of the island with Floyd at The Moped Hospital, rode bikes all over the island. Recommend the Green Parrot, Mangia Mangia Italian, and Schooners Wharf."
