"I brought a group of 21 family members with ages from 8 - 80. It is a nice house in a great location. We were one short block from Duvall street and walking distance to many of the attractions - southernmost point, Hemmingway house, Fort Zachary state park and the marina near the Westin. The grocery store is just around the corner so we could carry everything and we did not need cars. The house is pretty and most of it has been renovated. The dishwasher did not work but they tried to fix it and then replace it but could not do it during the holidays. The management offered to send someone to wash dishes but we declined. The area can be a little noisy. We did not hear noise from the crowds as much as the roosters. (For some historical reason, Key West has roosters wandering the town. They like to announce morning starting at about 4 am.) We rented both the 7 bedroom and 4 bedroom 'attached' house. The 4 bedroom is newer and in better shape. Overall, we had a good time and the rental was good."

"We came to Key West for our Honeymoon and this was the perfect little getaway cottage!
I was worried at first about the size but once we got there, it was perfect for just us!
It was on a quite street, we never heard anything out of the neighbors and it was so relaxing even just sitting on the porch!
It's very close to everything. The house is great, we bought our own groceries and used the kitchen all week. TV and AC worked great while we were just hanging out at the house.
The owner of this place is super sweet and very accommodating!
Definitely loved her recommendation for the poolside restaurant - Dante's...it was a very nice place to eat lunch then go swim for a bit to cool down!! Plenty to do nearby!"

"Three adult couples spent the week and Cocout Cabana is exactly what we anticipated and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, just off Duval Street. Everything accessible by foot or bike. House was exactly as shown in photos, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Linens and beds were great. Heated pool was great for lounging between activities. Thank you Dean!"

"This was our third stay here - need I say more? This house is just such a perfect getaway. It's so charming and clean and the pool in the back is the icing on the cake. My almost-teenage son loves that there are nice TVs throughout the house! I want to say that Ron is such a great guy. We actually had the pleasure of meeting him on our trip last year and he is so friendly and kind -- I feel like he's family. And if there's ever an issue, he's always right on top of it. Amazing.
I could write a novel about how wonderful this place is but let me just highlight a few of my favorite things. 1) Location - We really like being a few blocks off of Duval. It's close enough you can walk/ride down to all of the action, but at the end of the day it's nice to enjoy that beautiful pool and get some peace and quiet. And the area right around the house has some great restaurants and shops and the best coffee in town just a quick walk down to the laundromat - so you really get the best of the island right here. It's also within walking distance of the beach. Higgs Beach is my favorite place in Key West and the pier there is great because you can look over the edge and see a thousand tropical fish! 2) Off-street parking. We drive down every year, and if you've never been to Key West you wouldn't think this was such a big deal, but it is! We can drive around town and not worry about trying to get a spot on the street when we get back. 3) Quiet & Private- the house is so quiet! You are literally right around the corner from shops and restaurants, but when you close the door you'd think you were worlds away from the action. And when you are outside, you feel like you are in your own little tropical paradise. 4) Clean - the house is always so clean. I can actually relax and feel comfortable.
Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay."
