  • Fantastic Vacation Home!

"We travel to Key West every year and always rent a private vacation home and this Flemming St. house is now at the top of our list! The location is great. We loved the fact that it was close to everything...just a couple of blocks to Duval St. or the Historic Seaport. Our favorite breakfast place Pepe's and favorite bar Schooner Wharf were just a hop skip and a jump away! We discovered the Eaton St. Seafood Market that was just around the corner and made a few trips there for some yummy scallops to cook in the wonderful kitchen at the house. The bedrooms and showers are nice... you will have to fight over who gets the 3rd floor bedroom and that amazing shower! The kitchen is large and has everything you will need. We loved the outdoor living space at this home. Many days were spent enjoying the pool which was large by Key West standards. Everyone in our group of 5 agreed that this was a fantastic place to stay. Don't hesitate... just book it and enjoy."

  • As always, a memorable stay

"I cant rave enough about this place! I am telling you that I would live here if I could. This place has everything we need for a stay in Key West. We love Christine, the manager, she is so cool and helpful. Ted is accessible if necessary and quick to respond. The price is reasonable and the location is PERFECT. Just a block or so off duval and 7th, its close to everything from the cemetery to duval to the docks. WILL be back"

  • location location location and bikes!!

"My boyfriend and I stayed here the week of 8/1-10/2014 for my birthday and loved it! we will be back and we will rent #5! Ken is so easy to work with and the cost is just about fabulous! we biked to everything and met so many locals that offered great suggestions and tips! The only think to make it truly over the top would have been some sort of small pool to dip our bodies in as it was HOT!! nothing big to swim in but a place to chill with a glass of wine in the afternoon-otherwise loved it. It offered everything you could want so don't pack alot as they have free a washers/dryers in the building. Hairdryer in room/iron coffee maker etc.. Our fav breakfast place and so close was Six Toed Cafe(near Hemmingway's home-go figure) and Banana Cafe-yummy crepes and coffee. Blue Heaven for atmosphere but overpriced for what you get but hey eating with roosters and chickens is kind of cool. We were impressed with how clean the whole town is considering chickens/roosters and tourists are everywhere."

  • Perfection

"My husband and I stayed for 7 nights at Tranquility and LOVED it. It was tastefully decorated and exactly what we needed. We used the pool and the private patio grill. Both were awesome. We were close to all the action(didn't hear a bit of noise from Duval St.), but secluded and able to have all the privacy we wanted. Dean was extremely nice and easy to make arrangements with for our stay. We couldn't have found a better place in all of Key West. We will return!"
