"We really enjoyed staying in Ann's apartment. It was really nice with all the things you needed. Nice view from the balcony where you can see the harbour and ocean. Location is great! Close to everything, but still quiet. We really would like to stay here next time coming to KW."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
I completely recommend this condo while visiting Key West. The view is unbelievable, and there is plenty of room to relax. Rent a bike and you will be able to get anywhere you need to go. Though initially there was a lot of red tape to go through, the folks at the agency were incredibly thorough and thoughtful. Thanks again!"

"I stayed at the Golden Heron for the first time and let me tell you this house is AMAZING!!!! It has everything you could possibly want and much, much more!!!! This house is so unique (even has an open living room space) and has been remodeled with many nice upgrades. It has the true Key West charm and for a handful of days, I actually felt like a local. Aside from never wanting to leave the house, the walk to Duval street is less than a mile and if you are looking for local restaurants, you don't have to stray too far. Local cuisines are about a block away. I would most definitely stay at the golden heron again. Do not pass up this opportunity to get a true Key West feel!"

"This was my first trip to Key West and I was trying to stay on a reasonable budget. Obviously hotels and most accommodations are expensive on this little island and as a single traveler of simple needs I didn't need all the trappings of a resort. I needed a bed, a shower, and a fridge. The Cozy Condo was perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed is magnificent with soft sheets, a great mattress and plenty of pillows.
The condo is located about 2 blocks from Duval Street. The Entrance to the Fort is a short walk away. You can walk down to the sunset celebration every night in about 15 minutes. The Southernmost point is five minutes or less walk away as is the small beach around the corner from the monument. (South beach I think they call it.)
The bathroom is small and the shower water will run around a little bit there as its not sloped to the drain as well as it could be. Seriously though, that is the only flaw in the condo. The gas grill out back was perfect for the fresh Mahimahi I caught on my fishing trip. The surrounding neighborhood can be a little off putting at first. You will often hear some neighbors yelling at each other but soon you realize they are just arguing about who the greatest NBA player of all time is. Strange but harmless. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable walking day or night.
Seriously, don't waste your money on a fancy resort or hotel and save it for fishing, boat rentals and artwork. You won't regret it."
