"Three adult couples spent the week and Cocout Cabana is exactly what we anticipated and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, just off Duval Street. Everything accessible by foot or bike. House was exactly as shown in photos, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Linens and beds were great. Heated pool was great for lounging between activities. Thank you Dean!"

"Our last trip to Key West was two years ago and we stayed at the Hyatt, which we enjoyed. However, we enjoyed our stay at this Truman Annex townhouse even more. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and is on a lovely, quiet street. It's about two buildings down from the Truman Whitehouse. Its hard to imagine that the activity of Duval street and Mallory Square are just a few steps away, since the neighborhood is so quiet. We loved eating some of our meals on the unit's peaceful, shady porch. The unit is also just a short walk to the boat launch for Latitudes Restaurant on Sunset Key, which is a must. We had a car, but rarely used it since we could walk to most restaurants, Eaton Street Fish Market, and Fausto's grocery store. We hope to return."

"This was a perfect home base for Fantasy Fest. Just far enough away from the madness to enjoy the peaceful pool during the day, but only a quick taxi ride to the heart of the party. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, etc. Publix/liquor store is just a few minute car ride away. Condo was very clean/well organized. We especially liked that there was a washer/dryer to take care of the wet clothes.
Parking was a breeze. One dedicated space in the garage and we had an extra vehicle with a parking pass in the general lot. Even during busy FF we found a space each time we came back. I would not drive anywhere towards Duval during FF. Parking is outrageous and if you plan to have a cocktail or two, that $10 cab ride saves the day (I think it was $4.50 a person). Building is well insulated (and the condo is on the top floor) and we never heard another person while we were inside. Owner was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again."
