"My fiancée and I were married in Key West on 11/11 and stayed on Sunluver for three nights with our five adult children, and our English Bulldog. This was certainly a wonderful vacation and experience we will never forget! The Sunluver is comfortable, well equipped, and the Marina is top notch. Captain Bob took us out for a day cruise that included snorkeling, watching power boat races, and just plain relaxing. The cruise ended with a spectacular Key West sunset. Capt. Bob made us all feel like we were out yachting for the day with one of our good friends. He probably got tired of all my questions but answered every one of them. I live in Miami and will definitely be making a return visit to the Sunluver."

"Rich has a great unit. He has outfitted with great furniture and artwork. We had two teenage boys, loved all the TV's and music in all rooms. I loved the hammock chairs on the balcony. Spent every morning there having my coffee. The pool is great, however read the rules so you do not get talked to about floating on a non approved device.... opps. I will come back to this unit. Rich goes above and beyond. He provided a good insight into many activities and places to eat. Thanks for the great stay."

"A group of us decided on this home because we wanted easy boat access to open water and some privacy. When we arrived, we were quite pleased with the location and cleanliness as well.
We were focused on boating, fishing, diving and drinking- so not being on Key West's back porch was a plus (a half hour away). We had a blast fishing for small fish off the dock and were a little ticked that lobster were out of season- they were everywhere.
The only bad thing I can say is that it was a beast mooring our 20' boat when the wind was blowing >10 out of the east. That dock is in a little wind tunnel.
We highly recommend this little slice of paradise for families, couples and friends."

"We had a wonderful stay at the house from June 28 to July 28. The booking process worker well, and owners always responded quickly to our questions before arrival. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised, the house is better than the photos on the listing, much brighter, and a new deck had just been added. The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, including 2 kayaks, linens, and towels. We put the kayaks to good use, paddling on the canal, which we were surprised to find to was blocked off from the ocean; but you can portage the kayaks over the little dam. The canal is clean( swimable) and full of fish, including some sizable snook and tarpon, which were great to watch with the underwater lights at night. The lack of direct ocean access proved to be a plus for us, as it made us launch our boat from the many free boat ramps available in the various keys, so we were able to explore a much wider area. We enjoyed walking through the many residential streets in the evenings to see the gorgeous sunsets and the key deers grazing everywhere. As well, we used our bicycles to see the backroads of nearby keys, and sampled the coffee and pastries all along the way.
All told, a month flew by. We had a great time, and enjoyed staying at this house. We would recommend it to others."
