"This is our second time staying at Snowscape. It was as fantastic as the first time we stayed two years ago. The house is very modern with all the conveniences of home including a blender and washer/dryer. We had our 21 ft. Bayliner tied up to the dock in front of the house the entire 10 day visit. It worked out great. Just had to hop in the boat and head out fishing every day. Snowscape is close to some great restaurants and only 20+ miles from Key West. It is a great location. Thank you Alicia & Jennifer for another great visit."

"We stayed at this property 11/14-21/15 and enjoyed ourselves very much. It is a great location no matter where you are heading in the Keys, and best of all, it is within 15 minutes of the Bahia Honda State Park as well. It is a three story, stilted home, well taken care of. There is plenty of room for two couples to share this home. It has a large master suite upstairs that includes a king bed, attached bathroom with contains two sinks, lovely shower and a turbo tub. This whole area is extremely spacious. The room overlooks the canal and dock, so it always has a pleasant view. The neighborhood is excellent with super next door neighbors, and a safe area to walk every am before it gets too hot. We really enjoyed saying hello to everyone and greeting them and their dogs! The other bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a next door bathroom available. The walk in closet in this room was huge! The kitchen was large and easy to use with an attached dining room, a deck over- looking the canal for coffee and cocktails, and a decent sized living room. There was a very nice utility room with a washer/dryer/utility sink, all in excellent condition. There is also a third bathroom on the lower floor. Everything was clean and mostly available as noted by the description. The owners were very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate renting from them again; Joe stayed in contact and made the transaction seamless. Easy parking was had underneath the home, and the yard was all rocked, with a few silver palms up front and in the back, a very nice little get away with larger palm trees for shade and privacy. The one thing we have to fault the property on, there were no beach towels as stated so we ended buying some overpriced crappy Key West beach towels. The availability to the Looe Key Reef bar and grill, along with the Boondocks Bar, was pretty nice too. Overall a great vacation and a nice rental property."

"A group of us decided on this home because we wanted easy boat access to open water and some privacy. When we arrived, we were quite pleased with the location and cleanliness as well.
We were focused on boating, fishing, diving and drinking- so not being on Key West's back porch was a plus (a half hour away). We had a blast fishing for small fish off the dock and were a little ticked that lobster were out of season- they were everywhere.
The only bad thing I can say is that it was a beast mooring our 20' boat when the wind was blowing >10 out of the east. That dock is in a little wind tunnel.
We highly recommend this little slice of paradise for families, couples and friends."

"Fantastic home! We have rented homes in the Keys in the past and this is the first one we would rent again (and plan to). John and Whitney are wonderful - very helpful with local recommendations. The house is bright, cheerful and comfortable. The neighborhood is laid back and quiet with minimal traffic - perfect for morning walks with the dogs. Oh the sunsets - well, you really have to experience those for yourself!! The outdoor shower was lovely - wash off the salt after a day on the boat. Plenty of room on the wrap around porch for dinner, drinks or just lazing around - chairs are very comfy. We totally enjoyed our month at One Particular Harbor! An excellent place to stay in the Keys!"
