  • Perfect Vacation Home

"Very relaxing and wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed in the house and really enjoyed ourselves. We loved the screened in porch and kayaking to the ocean. We will definitely be back!"

  • Great time at Snowscape

"We had a terrific time at Snowscape during our August stay. We rented this house for a family fishing and diving trip and had a great time. The home was very nice both inside and out with all the amenities you need for a stay in the Keys. The kitchen is spacious and modern and the pictures are accurate to how nice the entire home is. The concrete dock with cleaning table is top notch and there is ample parking for vehicles and boat trailer. Our adult children used the kayaks and said it was fun to take them out. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a fun getaway, to go fishing or diving, or just to go to the lower keys and relax. We have stayed in Ramrod Key in other locations and this house is one of the best."

  • Outstanding Lower Keys Home

"My wife and I and my two sons came down for some much needed R & R after a particularly harsh Cleveland winter. We were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. The home is very modern with every conceivable amenity, comfortable furnishings, peaceful and quiet. We rented a 21' boat and the dock space was perfect. It was nice being fairly close to the canal ingress/egress as it made for a quicker trip to the open water and some of the best fishing we have ever had. Lunch most days was Cuban sandwiches from the convenient Five Brothers Grocery enjoyed at nearby Picnic Island. The location of the home also made it easy to have a beautiful day at Bahia Honda beach as well as two memorable visits to Key West. In addition to eating our fresh catch, we enjoyed meals at several close by restaurants including the Boondocks, the Wharf, and pizza at the No Name Pub. Now back at my desk in still thawing Cleveland, I cant help but think that I might be more suited to the laid back, casual lifestyle that thrives in the Lower Keys. I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to owner, Joe for being such a gracious host and for helping us have one of our most memorable family vacations."

  • A Wonderful Home for our Month in the Keys

"We have been visiting the lower keys-Big PIne area for over 30 years and feel it has the best mix of small town key island feel, yet has the half hour drive access of Marathon or Key West when desired. I just returned from this property and we found it to be near perfect for our group. The owners were very easy to deal with and super accommodating. On top of a spotless clean home, decorated to Home and Gardens standards, they provided many extra touches that made our stay, well, just like being at home. The bedding, bed linens, and towels were as nice as we have at home. Lots of little touches such as the four bicycles left out for our use, the portable air compressor (which came in handy when we had a flat tire on my truck and later another one on my trailer), and others were utilized during our stay. Two very nice items, which appeared to be brand new, were the 7 cubic foot chest freezer (for bait, ice, fish filets, and lobster tails) as well as a small apartment size refrigerator for pre-chilling our boat beverages, were both located downstairs on the way to the dock. This allowed us to save a lot of ice on the boat. The dock area was great with a stainless steel cleaning table with a light and water, along with an outlet for my boat's battery charger. The two screen porches, one upstairs with fans and lots of seating, and one downstairs around the hot tub, were enjoyed may times during our stay. A fully equipped first class kitchen allowed us to prepare many delicious meals in house. Lots of covered storage for our fishing and dive gear was a welcome feature. All in all we just had a GREAT month, lobstering, fishing, cruising, snorkeling, and chilling. I would reccomend this property to anyone looking to do the same."
