"My wife and I recently stayed at this rental for our honeymoon and were quite pleased. Conch key is located between Marathon and Islamorada, which was nice. Close to some major destinations but not in the midst of the crazy, especially since it was spring break while we were there. The accommodations are great: wireless internet, TV with satellite/cable, boat dock across the street, etc. Meet one of the owners, Ron, while we were there and he checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The shower was a bit smaller than we had expected and as long as you read the description and watch the video you won't be surprised by the half bathrooms in the bedrooms. If you're into wildlife, there are lots of land hermit crabs running around outside and night and at least in the spring while we were there, a number of migratory song birds. There is a tandem kayak available, we had brought our own kayak but in packing left our paddles back home but were able to borrow the paddles at the rental property. One of the neighbors even offered up his paddles if we needed them. The stairs and ramp up to the bedroom are step, so I wouldn't recommend for those with disabilities or who otherwise have difficulties walking uphill. We would definitely stay again. For the price, it would be hard to beat."

"We love the rental on Conch Key. The key is small and very quiet. The view of the ocean is beautiful with so many windows. If there is a problem the owners are quick to fix. Also the fishing is good."

"If you're looking for a quiet hideaway in the keys this is absolutely the perfect place. Beautiful water with the most beautiful sunsets! We stayed in the Captain's Quarters and it was perfect for two. Very spacious, very clean; a wonderful get-a-way with the conveniences of home. We brought our boat and it was so nice to be literally just steps away to the dock from our villa. Islamorada and Marathon are also conveniently close for shops and restaurants. The decks, hammock and quiet atmosphere were what we enjoyed the most! Choose Sunset Villas and unplug! Loved it! Thank you Katrina and Bill for sharing an amazing piece of paradise!"

"Our visit to the Treehouse/Conch Key was outstanding in all aspects. Everything about the cottage was exactly as shown and more. Randy was extremely helpful, kept up with all emails in a very timely way and even dropped by to make sure everything was okay. The location, privacy and appearance were all great - the little store had basic supplies and Marathon was only 10 miles away with full grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The place was immaculate and completely stocked with kitchen equipment, very nice linens, good washer and dryer - basically all you need for a perfect getaway. We loved our coffee on the porch every morning and walking down to the dock to look into that crystal clear water to see what was there. We were visited the whole week by a giant red starfish, who stayed near the dock, and schools of beautiful parrotfish who seemed to live under the dock. Randy supplied fishing tackle, and the freezer downstairs was perfect for storing bait and chum. One of our favorite activities was being able to stroll down to the dock whenever we felt like it and fish - we caught spotted sea trout, a small permit, mangrove snapper. As everyone else has mentioned, the sunsets were spectacular. We did some offshore fishing out of Islamorada with our favorite captain Alex Adler and caught some great fish (which we brought back to the cottage for dinner). Another favorite outing was to Key West for the day. Both trips were just a short drive away. We can't wait to go back to this little slice of heaven!"
