"My family and I stayed in this beautiful villa and had a wonderful time. The owner as well as the property manager very accommodating and helpful. The villa is spacious and the backyard/pool area has such peaceful feel to it. Will definitely visit here again!"

  • MUST VISIT !!!

"I never write reviews but I definitely had to make time for this one. Location is absolutely beautiful. It's a gem m found in they Keys Home owners are on point when it comes to info for the house and are very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The house is well equipped and very spacious. From fishing rods to noodles for swimming, soaps, paper towels, toilet papers. Typical Florida decor and very well maintained. Linens are found in every room. So the low down on the resort. You are a part of the Villas so it's a grey area because you are technically not a part of the resort/hotel. However, we used all of the facilities with no problem! From Kids corner, lagoon, pools, exercise gym, etc. The main pool area and kids corner does have specific towels (3 different types) which you can easily find inside the house; The owners have provided that. I guess that is how they identify outsiders. The staff and employees at the resort are very informative and friendly. There are plenty of activities for the children throughout the day. Live music near the poolside various nights with full bar (which accepts your cash or credit) You are located about 15 minutes north from Marathon where you can find supermarkets, dollar store, pizza hut, liquor stores Take time to go see: Dolphin Discovery research found onsite (swim or interact with dauphins) make sure to secure a spot ahead of time, Turtle Hospital , Theater of the Sea (also dolphin, seal, shark encounters all day long) Dolphin research Center in Marathon. If you have time, make your way down to Key West (roughly 1 1/2 hours south) Plenty to do there as well, museums, shopping, sightseeing, bars, restaurants. So I think that's about it! Definitely visit this place"

  • Heaven in the Keys

"We found heaven and it's in Duck Key! Our family of five spent Easter here and fell in love. It was so wonderful we rarely left the house. With three kids ranging in age from 11-16 that are never home it was wonderful to reconnect. We spent most of out time out back in the pool, kayaking or fishing. Even I caught fish. We fell in love with the house as soon as we came in. We had a few issues and John took care of them instantly. You wouldn't get service that quickly in a top hotel. We loved all The books on the area. They were so interesting to read. We would highly recommend this home to everybody and can't wait to come back again. Thank you for letting us use this beautiful house and make wonderful family memories we will have forever."

  • Updated and Nice

"Great bed, nice kitchen and comfortable couch. Location is nice, central to the middle keys; Bahia Honda, Islamadora and many more. Fishing is good from the shore. The neighbors were friendly. Everything was clean and as it should be. the owner were very easy to communicate with. Great place just to sit back and unwind. The only down side is that the a/c is noisy and the Winn Dixie is dirty but Publix is great and Kmart is dated but they have a great but disorganized fishing department. I would stay again."
